Very basic lounge - was here around 10am on a Monday and it was busy. Food selection was minimal for breakfast - croissants, cereal, a fruit bowl of whole fruit, and some yogurt parfaits. I'm thinking a lot of people where there to just chill and not really to eat...but definitely a disappointing experience I'd imagine. Seating was decent, but mostly taken. Looked like there were a lot of cushioned chairs but I ended up having to grab a chair at the bar counter. Front Desk folks were a bit distracted and not very warm when I came in, so didn't really seem to have time for me. Definitely not my favorite lounge and recommend you go elsewhere if it's an option! read more

Stopped here on the way home from Dublin, so nice to go to a place where they have food and beverages with a nice place to sit and watch the planes come and go, food was good, staff was very friendly and attentive. Got a bit to eat and drink before our flight. read more

If you're accustomed to Aspire Lounge or Admirals Club (AA) this would be your bar of expectations. Showers, views, self serve bar, limited food selection but good quality. Compact seating. Kept clean. Outlets at seats are there but many non functional. This is nothing like the luxury lounges such as. Centurion or Galleries. read more

We had a 7h layover to go to France. This was a lifesaver that was private and quiet. Just what we needed. You can even take a shower. Small snacks but food isn't that spectacular or special. The seats are more cushy than the terminal 2 lounge next door. Overall and most importantly this lounge is less crowded and the people are more posh lol which is good if you want quiet. -1 star for the food choice and quality and really big toilet seats lol. Only my second time at an airport lounge but with a 6 hour layover and a husband that needs to work this is totally worth it for us. The place is a lot bigger than the lounge I went to in Oakland, CA. Downstairs is main area for food, although lady at the front desk thought we wouldn't want to pay after taking a peek at their offerings. Food is mostly mediocre baked goods, packaged white cheddar, packaged sliced wheat bread butter and jam, cookies, crackers, biscuits and minestrone soup. At least today. But we didn't come for the food, and the wine and liquor buffet will make it worth our money over our long visit. Plus cozy chairs for me to sleep in, it's been almost 22 hours since I've slept! Carpets are dirty in areas and seems like they could use a busboy/girl to pick up after people who are too lazy to clean up after themselves. I'm thankful to enjoy a glass of Chardonnay, wheat bread with creamy butter and marmalade and cheese...then a NAP ftw!! 30 euro per person 9/17/18 - the lounge before this one was 35 and looked super crowded. read more

This review is NOT for the lounge, it's actually for a employee of Aer Lingus at the check-in counter. Im hoping someone at the Lounge will read this and pass to their management. My in-laws were coming back to California from Dublin and they are both on wheelchair. They waited and waited and the counter and no one came to pick them up to a point that they almost missed the flight. However, a very nice lady named either Eva, or Ava (sorry if I got the name wrong), whom I believe was the manager at the Aer Lingus counter had come to their rescue. My in-laws had ask her since she was the only person there and this nice lady all by herself pushed both wheelchairs together and moved them through a long way to the airplane door. She had to move very quickly so they will not miss their flight. I just wanted to thank her for all her help and assistance. It is wonderful to see that there are still people who go above and beyond to helping you. I'm hoping this message somehow gets to her and her boss. Thank you so much read more

There's a nice relaxing environment, which you will surely need after queueing both sides for longer than your flight time! It's free to access if you're a Gold Circle Club member or a frequent flyer with Aer Lingus, but it's only €25 to get in if you're not. That may seem like a lot but since it's nearly €20 at the airport for just a meal and a drink, and here you get complimentary drinks and snacks, it's definitely worth it. You can drink as much as you like but be careful or before you know it, it will have been 5 hours since your plane landed and you wouldn't have even left the airport yet! read more

Great lounge and a significant improvement decor/size wise from the Anna Liva lounge at T1. Its €25 for entrance, but after that you pay nothing. They have self service, food/drinks etc. Use of the Samsung Galaxy Pad II, lots of news papers etc. Chairs are comfy and it wasn't too busy. The view is class, as you are looking out on the runways! Great way to while away your spare time before your flight. It's good value too - compared to other airport eateries where a couple of pints and a (poor) sandwich would set you back €20! Its unlimited here for €25..... I will use this any time I am travelling with Aer Lingus and can spare over an hour! read more

Flew Air Lingus to and from Ireland. Going over from Newark was average but flying back was a nightmare. Barely made flight after getting there 3 hours early. Luggage check in and boarding pass process all an automated mess. No people helping no signage. They flagged my wife for a random security screening which prevented us from using their automated system but nobody told us that until my wife was detained at the second, yes second, security fiasco for carrying a nothing more dangerous the a wool baby sweater! Took ten minutes. No gate or flight information available in flight until past second security and customs. You don't know if you missed your flight until you actually get to gate. Worst airline experience I ever had, no kidding I would just not fly Air Lingus but actually may never go to Ireland again it was so bad. read more

Nice way to begin any trip. A mixture of fruits, yogurts and pastries in the morning and soups and sandwiches for lunch. It's not going to set the world on fire from a culinary perspective but nether would most airport alternatives. Friendly staff and free wifi are another welcome bonus. read more

The Aer Lingus lounge located at Dublin airport is nice! it certainly isn't the fanciest lounge that you have ever seen - but for a $35 add on fee - it's worth it's cost. Spent a few hours working and relaxing in this lounge this am. A few general observation: 1. The place was a mess - not enough clean up personnel 2. The front desk staff was friendly 3. The breakfast options were quite limited but adequate For the money - or if you're a member it's fine - but not over the top in any way shape or form. read more

Nice place to chill before a flight out of terminal 2! Also it's an improvement on their T1 lounge, with a better view and nicer decor! They have a decent selection of food (not compared to other lounges such as the virgin clubhouse etc) and good beverage selection along with a nice choice of magazines. I know it sounds cool... A special lounge for the frequent fliers, all cosseted and removed from the little people, dedicated wifi and snacks on tap but the truth is it's a bit restricted in what's on offer and given that there is free wifi all over the airport there are few real benefits. Now, I say this safe in the knowledge that 1. I have the option and 2. I am happy to work away no matter what the surrounding noise and activity level. It's not all negative, they have fantastic facilities like the quiet area and shower room which I'm sure are a godsend for some weary travellers. read more

Standards greatly improving on this one! It's now AerClub Lounge of course, but it's still AerLingus Gold Circle to me. Super helpful staff, fruit, snacks, soups, and drinks options are pretty good. I love the quiet area upstairs, the dedicated business cubicles, the showers capability, and the general decor is modern, spacious and Irish. Bathrooms spotless. Free newspapers and fast wi-fi separate to that provided by Dublin Airport is awesome. Staff are great. They can take a joke about Saoirse Ronan, no bother! Ever since obtaining the status of Gold Elite with Aer Lingus I have enjoyed pre-flight stops in the Gold circle lounges in various cities. Even if Aer Lingus doesn't have a dedicated lounge, they are usually partnered with an airline which does have a lounge. The lounge at Dublin airport has free beer and liquor as well as coffee drinks, cappuccinos, juices, etc. They have scones and biscuits and croissants in the morning and I thought they also had soup and various types of cheese and crackers. Other airports have had some decent small sandwiches or other hot food items which were awesome. It would be nice for Aer Lingus to step up their flagship lounge a bit in line with these partner lounges. They also have nice views of the airport runway and they will lend out tablets for use while in the lobby. read more

As far as fancy lounges go, this one gets a good rating for being quiet, welcoming, bright and spacious. Free wifi, plenty of outlets. But the food options are severely limited: cheese and crackers, packaged cookies and soup. They have plenty of drinks (alcoholic and non), but if you are expecting enough to call a "meal" you might be left disappointed, as I was. The lounge at JFK was much better in the food department. read more

ATTN: Do not fly Aer Lingus if you want to come home with your luggage. We have 2 bags that have been missing for 5 days and they can't even give us a location of where in the world they are. Very disappointed with the Aer Lingus Business Lounge in Dublin airport. Although clean and spacious with nice friendly staff, the selections on offer are very poor and you are better off grabbing a bite to eat in the regular eateries if you're in any way hungry. For breakfast they have cereal and small pastries on offer but disappointing to see not one piece of fruit on offer. An elderly lady was told they didn't have any bottled still water as they were waiting on a delivery. Also what's frustrating is that not all the charge portals are turned on so I had to go searching for a table that worked and those that did had chairs higher than the tables in front which made it hard to work. Overall, I give it credit for being private, clean and spacious but for this being Aer Lingus' home airport, they have a lot to think about in and I'd recommend using the DAA lounge over this anytime. read more

One of the best lounges i have visited,There is a real sense of irishness to this lounge.The food is fairly good.it is worth using if going on a transatlantic flights,it is only 10min walk of less to the gates but it is before us pre clearance so you might need to watch the time,but overall a good lounge,not up there with the big carriers but irish theme does make it more homely read more
