Very cozy and quite cafe to get a drink and relax, very low traffic. So the woman at cafe counter was so very friendly, sweet and welcoming, she really cared about her customers and made laugh a few times. Got the blueberry scone which was delicious and not bleeding blueberries which is awesome. Also got the sun salutation drink, very freshing and I saw they have fruits for smoothies cut up ready to be blended which cool. Overall nice to have a small low traffic cafe I swing by for a morning boost. read more

I stopped in to grab some coffee with my guy. We were pleasantly greeted by the lady who owns the place and some of the people that just came from Yoga next-door. What an awesome vibe. Very comfortable place to sit down and enjoy your coffee. We were just gonna grab and go but wound up sitting there for quite a while chatting with the people in there. Finally got to try this place out after driving past for a few months and my only disappointment is that I hadn't come here sooner! Probably the best coffee in the area. I hate writing these types of reviews but hopefully some changes can be made because of it. Stopped in for a latte and snack after a long bike ride. The latte was fine but the muffin was not. I ordered a blueberry muffin, which, by the way can't be called that when a muffin has FOUR blueberries - not kidding, FOUR! Also, it tasted like pound cake. Essentially, I bought a pound cake in the shape of a muffin with a sprinkle of blueberries mixed in. Sorry, but by far the worst muffin I have had in my life. I literally threw it away after a few bites trying to find berries :( I hope you speak with your provider of these to ensure the quality improves. read more

The perfect little place to open next to the yoga studio I go to! I had to make a Yelp page for The Shake & Grind to help spread the word. Fresh, delicious smoothies, juices, coffees, and more. I get the cafe mocha protein smoothie and add peanut butter and it's the most delicious, fueling thing after a workout. Everyone that works here is incredibly friendly and remembers my usual order. There's also a punch card which makes visiting a bit more fun. There's comfortable seating and a great welcoming vibe to the place that makes you feel home. I LOVE THIS PLACE. Donna is such a wonderful sweet person and she puts her heart into everything. She takes care of everyone who comes into the store and makes you feel at home.
