Waited weeks for the repairs due to poor work ethic, lack of concern and/or outright refusal to do the work by the previous contracted companies. Mark came in and acessed the problems and also went above and beyond to educate me on what exactly needed to be done and the time frame. Super helpful. Professional and stellar work ethic. He stayed extra time to complete a job in a hard to reach spot. Had to have them back recently for another issue (leaking pipe) and agaun he was prompt, courteous and went above and beyond to explain what needed to be repaired. I highly recommend this company if all their employees are as good as Mark ( the office personel is also friendly and helpful) then this is the company you want to call. Honest and Fair. 5 stars!

The original stopper rotted out and when removing it, the top came off but the threads remained in the pipe. After trying a couple of ways, the technician was able to carefully remove the remaining part for the original plug and successfully installed a new one. This saved us the expense of having to cut through the drywall in the adjacent bedroom and replace parts of the drain and overflow. It was refreshing that he tried multiple times to do it the "easy way", and avoid a more costly repair. I would recommend them to anyone.

(Also he had a sticker on it) He found several things wrong. Everything from the gas pressure was out of wack coming into my house. To the computer board. He spent some time diagnosing the problem. He then looked up the manufacture date, and found out it was still in warranty. He contacted the manufacturer and explained everything to them. He was able to get us a newer and better system for no cost. (Still had to pay for only a service call). Which is better than what a lot of the others were offering. I was glad to hand him the check. This is the quality work you do not see any more. Please look them up, he is honest and dependable. This is the type of company people would be honored to work for. Thank you.

We called a lot of places to gather info, but Plain City was the only company that offered to come out and assess the situation....to see if there was any way they could save us money by doing a repair rather than a replacement. The owner came out himself. It ended up still needing a replacement, and Plain City had the best communication with us. We ended up going with them even though they didn't have the lowest price, because they were trustworthy. Again, the owner came out and did all the work himself. He arrived when he said he would and took the time he said he would take. The work was completed on time, and he left the area clean. A really nice company that I would not hesitate to use again.
