I have never waited beyond my scheduled time to be seen. It takes time to get an appointment, which is a good sign when looking for a good doctor, but worth the wait. All other services, including acupuncture and massage are also exceptional. They know what they are doing and will be very hard to ever replace.

Session 3 she began to literally call me names, tell me my pain was "over the top" and that my anger in my situation was "reportable". (It's not, no threats or harmful events have occurred). She made excuses for the sick actions of the person who hurt me over and over. To her those actions were understandable but apparently my reactions to them are not. Save yourself and stay far away.

I leave my appointments feeling more confident, and I always feel like she actually cares about me and my life. She has helped me to become my own person. To me that's important, that she aided me in being me and didn't tell me what to do. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and fam. P.s. Ms Boldrey dresses very nice, and other reviews taking low blows about her appearance really speaks to that reviewer's pettiness.

From my experience and opinion, I would recommend Avoiding Amy Dushinski…read more We chose Entune because they advertised themselves as LGBTQ-friendly, but our experience was anything but. Our interaction with Amy Dushinski, the nurse practitioner and their highest-level provider, was deeply unsettling. It appeared her eyes were dilated, and she seemed paranoid, agitated, and defensive--behavior that made us question whether she was in the right frame of mind to help others. Amy couldn't explain why I was being denied services. She denied that they offer LGBTQ care, even though it is explicitly stated in their brochure. I apologized to my partner for taking off work and wasting their time, because we have to take off a lot of days off for doctors appointments due to disability. Amy became hostile, inserting herself into our conversation. She even threatened to withhold my medication if I kept advocating for myself. When I asked Amy for her business card, she got really aggravated and upset. I wanted to file a complaint against her. When I called a week later to file a complaint, the receptionist shockingly redirected me to Amy, who immediately hung up on me. This clinic is neither LGBTQ-friendly nor professional. Their highest-level provider is a nurse practitioner (Amy), not a psychiatrist or psychologist. Doctors with advanced degrees have far more education, training, and expertise to address mental health needs. Avoid this clinic at all costs.

Took over 30 minutes to schedule my intake appointment, where the representative who helped me tried to schedule me with a counselor who specializes in menopausal women. I'm in my 20's. After my intake appointment, the social worker who did this visit told me that they don't do appointments after 5 PM. If I would've known that, they don't do appointments after 5 PM, I would've never scheduled the intake and wasted my time and my money.
