Months went by and I didn't go back. He mailed me a handwritten letter of concern. That was enough to bring me back. I saw Dr. Horne many times. He turned on me to the greatest book ever, an early book by Wayne Dyer called "Your Erroneous Zones." This book along with Horne's views made him a wonderful person to talk to. He helped me. I think he learned from me. He seemed to really care and our sessions went past their billed times. I have planned to write him a thank you letter as it has been many years since I saw him. On Tuesday October 19th, 2021, I went to the business AMI Behavioral Health Services around 2:45…read morePM, for a Revocation Packet to be done so I can get my Driver's Licence back. I paid the amount of $175 and it took about an hour to be done. The counselor at the end told me that the Revocation Packet would be sent to the MVD in Phoenix most likely the next day, Wednesday October 20th, 2021, as it was already 4 PM and they'd be closing soon. Yesterday, Thursday November 18th, 2021, I called the MVD to check the status on my Revocation Packet and was told the usual that nothing was showing on their system. The agent recommended that I call the business that I had it done, so I called AMI Behavioral Health Services and was told that the Revocation Packet was sent on Tuesday November 9th, 2021, exactly 3 weeks AFTER the counseling, which it should have been done much earlier than that. I feel cheated and defrauded because of how long this took. It does NOT take weeks to send a Revocation Packet to the MVD, especially when it's all digital and should have been sent within a week if anything. I feel like they've stolen my money and made me waste time into believing that the matter was taken care of when the counselor promised me how fast they'd deliver the Revocation Packet. This is completely unacceptable, and I should be receiving an apology, at best; and at least refunded half of my money when there was absolutely no reason for them to take 3 weeks to send it.

Very annoyed at my experience. I used the online appointment interface to schedule an in person…read moreintake session to start some therapy. As I am driving to my appointment I get a call and text saying my telehealth appointment is about to begin. I know for a fact I scheduled in-person. When I get there I call my doc to confirm that this was the case. She says she doesn't do any in-person visits even though on the scheduling platform it says both options are available to schedule. No further guidance was given and I was basically told sorry, good luck. I also live across town from the location and had to drive an hour total to my non-existent in-person appointment. Please make it more clear who is accepting in-person clients!
