I had 5 referrals from a Nurse Practitioner at Codac that were no good as the companies she…read morereferred me to were not in my insurance plan. She quit leaving me with no PCP. I called 8 weeks ago to get new referrals and was told I had to schedule an appointment to update the referrals with the new PCP that was assigned to me and I could come in four weeks later when I have had chronic pain for 2 years. I informed them I would not do so and that they had record of the problem and chose to do nothing and I was going to locate a different PCP. After 8 weeks I received a phone call that the referrals were updated and they were with the same providers that do not accept Blue Cross Blue Shield. The referrals are as useless as the people that work at Codac. I have complained to the Solution Zone FIVE Times, and they never called me back. The BEST Solution For Everyone Is To Avoid Codac At All Costs, Or It May Cost You Your Life.

I was there at 8am. There was only 6 other people in that lobby besides me and they were OVER CROWDED ??? Last security wanna get froggy with me because I was leaving ?? I didn't get uppy with him.
