Rachel helped us recognize past hurts that each of us had been holding on to, and guided us through how to help let them go and begin to heal. Her knowledge of Imago therapy was extensive and incredibly effective in helping my husband and me learn new tools to help navigate tough situations. Our meetings were mostly via ZOOM which was just as effective as meeting in person. I honestly feel like we are both new people, and we have fallen in love with one another all over again. She seriously changed our lives. ***I CANNOT RECOMMEND RACHEL GELBIN ENOUGH!!!!***

I have been seeing Rachel Gelbin for close to ten years, and working with her has been one of the…read moremost valuable investments I've made in my personal growth. When I first started seeing her, I was going through a pretty serious relationship crisis and needed support. For the first six months I met with her frequently, then weekly for a while, and for the past five years or so I've seen her monthly. It's reassuring to know that if something comes up I can always increase the frequency. Rachel is an incredibly thoughtful therapist. She remembers an impressive amount from past conversations and often brings up insights from years earlier that help put current situations into perspective. She also has a very calm presence, which makes it much easier to talk through difficult issues. What I appreciate most about her approach is that she doesn't tell you what decisions to make. Instead, she asks the right questions and encourages you to look at things from different angles so you can make better decisions for yourself. Over time that process builds a lot of self awareness. When I first began seeing Rachel our sessions were in person. Since 2020 we have met exclusively over Zoom, and I can honestly say the sessions are just as effective. She is extremely attentive and engaged, and the convenience of Zoom actually makes it easier to stay consistent. The biggest change I've seen over the years is in my relationships. My relationship with my partner, my family members, and even people at work has improved significantly. I feel like I communicate better, react less impulsively, and approach difficult conversations in a much healthier way. Another thing I value is that I can talk to Rachel about almost anything. She listens without judgment and helps me think things through in a constructive way. For anyone looking for a therapist who will challenge you thoughtfully while also providing a steady and supportive presence, I would highly recommend Rachel. Looking back over the past decade, working with Rachel has been one of the best decisions I've made for my personal growth and relationships.

From my experience and opinion, I would recommend Avoiding Amy Dushinski…read more We chose Entune because they advertised themselves as LGBTQ-friendly, but our experience was anything but. Our interaction with Amy Dushinski, the nurse practitioner and their highest-level provider, was deeply unsettling. It appeared her eyes were dilated, and she seemed paranoid, agitated, and defensive--behavior that made us question whether she was in the right frame of mind to help others. Amy couldn't explain why I was being denied services. She denied that they offer LGBTQ care, even though it is explicitly stated in their brochure. I apologized to my partner for taking off work and wasting their time, because we have to take off a lot of days off for doctors appointments due to disability. Amy became hostile, inserting herself into our conversation. She even threatened to withhold my medication if I kept advocating for myself. When I asked Amy for her business card, she got really aggravated and upset. I wanted to file a complaint against her. When I called a week later to file a complaint, the receptionist shockingly redirected me to Amy, who immediately hung up on me. This clinic is neither LGBTQ-friendly nor professional. Their highest-level provider is a nurse practitioner (Amy), not a psychiatrist or psychologist. Doctors with advanced degrees have far more education, training, and expertise to address mental health needs. Avoid this clinic at all costs.

After my intake appointment, the social worker who did this visit told me that they don't do appointments after 5 PM. If I would've known that, they don't do appointments after 5 PM, I would've never scheduled the intake and wasted my time and my money.

Not only will they deny your request to see the actual doctor versus a PA, the one I saw didn't have up to date information on medications and refused to listen to my medication history and why I was uncomfortable taking the medicine she wanted to switch me to. I do not need mediation changes, as I am very well regulated on my meds. Once I found out I was pregnant, it got even worse. Her knowledge of medications and high risk pregnancy was completely out of date and harmful to myself and the baby. I.e. she thought certain ones were safe and they most definitely were not and vice versa. Additionally, they billed my insurance TWICE and tried to say I owed money when I am a full Medicare QMB patient with medicaid. Also, I had to get full prior medical authorization to be seen aka my insurance had to pre approve payment and coverage for services. I've also already met my out of pocket expenses for the year. They told me I owed them money by text and that they would just bill my card on file. Understand, this text came from an unknown number and refused to answer me when I asked who and what this was for. I also said I do not Authorize any payment and they went ahead and tried to do it anyways. When I called the number, the gentleman wouldn't give me any info and when I asked to speak to someone else he refused and said I'd get a call back and also spoke to me a manner such as, "you owe us money. You are not getting out of paying this. We will just charge your card. We don't need your permission. " I've never received a call back, despite leaving multiple messages and have reported them for insurance fraud with my insurance as well as reporting them to state agencies for harassment of collections. Way to try and take advantage of mental health patients.

I had never seen a therapist, and I didn't believe it could make that big of a difference. We hit it off immediately. I felt so comfortable with her and I relaxed into our sessions quite quickly- actually to the point of really looking forward to and being excited about going to see her. She is an incredibly kind, understanding, warm person with so much to offer. I could definitely tell that she was customizing my sessions based on my needs and she was so flexible in terms of catering to what she thought would help me the most. Our time together really just felt like conversations, and she has a way of saying things that makes therapy seem so relaxing and safe. Her style makes ideas click in my head, and her use of visualizations and metaphors worked so well for me. During every single one of our sessions, I felt like she was just helping me learn to help myself. I never felt like I was the "client" and she was the "therapist", but she was just a regular person who was on my side and had my very best interests in mind. She helped me see how truly valuable therapy can be, and now I think that everyone should try it at some point in their lives- no matter what they are going through or what stage of life they are in. The skills she's given me have already helped me more than I ever imagined they could, and they will continue to help me and allow me to grow for the rest of my life. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone seeking help. I can't say enough positive things about Rosie, and I'm so very thankful that I had the opportunity to work with her. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I plan to keep in touch with her for years to come. -AB
