I joined the video chat invitation for the therapy session, only to be left waiting through the entire appt. in the virtual waiting room for the therapist to join the conversation. I placed more than 5 telephone messages, during and after the appointment asking for someone to get back to me concerning my appointment. My appointment was on 8/24/2022, and no one has returned my call. This is truly concerning for a mental health treatment facility.

I found the negative review written above was accurate and eerily similar to my experience. I think she was harsh when she spoke and came off snarky. I did not feel I got a lot from the session. She also seemed very judgmental/bias versus being a neutral party in regards to the discussed situations. I will not be using her further, as I feel that I need a person who is more compassionate.
