They clearly expalined that the issue (flies everywhere) was not due to the tank being full but to the sludge which had not been addressed at the bottom of the tank. They used pressure equipment to loosen the sludge and then re-pumped the sludge out, and it has made all the difference in the world. Finally, no flies. And no concern about a clogged drain field which would have been a major disaster for my yard and required removal of two of my prized fruit trees.

Red Flags I Encountered: 1. Excessive upfront payment…read moredemands - the company asked for 50% upfront for a small water heater replacement, which is above standard practice. 2. Threatening to revoke the permit - this was presented as pressure, but had no real impact on me. 3. Refusing to draft a contract until payment - Florida law requires a written contract for jobs over $1,000. This refusal is a major concern. The total quote was $1700. 4. Name discrepancy - the license belongs to Darwin Fernandez, but Kevin Garcia was the contact person. . There was no confirmation that a licensed contractor would supervise the work. 5. Pressure/harassment - repeated attempts to coerce payment show poor professionalism. 6. Sloppy paperwork - I was presented with a permit for a gas water heater, which I did not have. I had to catch HIS mistake Based on these issues, I decided not to proceed with this company. I'm sharing this experience so others can make an informed decision.

Repairs were done perfectly and quickly. Need it done right and fast? Call them. Going back further, in 2022 I had a constant problem with clogs in a main drainage line in the laundry room. Paid for snakes over and over, still had the problem. A different plumber suggested hydrojet but wanted to charge me an arm and a leg, thousands, but with a convenient payment plan. Yeah right. I researched, found Cutler Bay, and went with them. It cost me 1/5 of the quote from the other plumber and Cutler Bay did it expertly. I've tried a few plumbers over the past 20 years. No comparison.
