They were great--they came right away and provided a lovely full-time caregiver who really cared about my mom. When she was back on her feet in independent senior living, we continued to use Visiting Angels to help in the morning and dinnertime. When she moved to Assisted Living in that facility, she needed extra help in the morning to shower, get dressed and eat breakfast and lunch. Visiting Angels was there no matter the need. The caregivers are professional, kind, caring and responsible. Special shout out to Betsy and Jackie who my mom adored because not only did they help but they were great company for her. I believe the great care she received from Visiting Angels was responsible for helping my mom live to 102 with all her faculties intact. The ower, Steve, and the office staff, especially Donna, were always responsive even after hours and extremely helpful with whatever issue arose. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this agency. The case manager seemed so nice answering every call telling me I could relax that my dad was in great care with a caregiver Obed. Long story short my dad was not being taken care of and just babysat my mother had to help with diaper changes or she got yelled at by the caretaker. I was paying extra for the caretaker's food well every day he said where's my food and buy me something. I was told to be patient as my dad's health declined and I had to trust in the process of the caretaker being comfortable.... protect your dignity and your loved one and don't let a sweet voice that's personable trick you! Abuse Neglect and Ripped off they should have made things right and at least reimbursed,you can't buy back health!

My entire life I've know this…read moreto be a great hospital since one of my friends mom works here and was promoted and she told me they are great and workers. I went here MANY times to see his mom and also had came to see people. It wasn't until it personally effected me until my father recently was told me has AFIB and his heart is a bit weak and needs a procedure to check his heart and see if there's anything that needs to be done. Ended up he had an 80% blockage on one of his left heart artery and needed a stent. I know people who have 4-6, he just needed one thank god but they were AMAZING. The cardiologist explained everything simply and what he would be doing and he promised he would come afterwards to talk to us. Doctors get busy so I wasn't really betting on that I figured we would just get the information from the nurses and 20 mins tops after his procedure he came in, he waited until my dad was fully awake to hear what he did. Everything went great and he had a follow up that went well and now we are going back actually today for his other issue he's been having. The heart came out of no where he's never had any issues, but lucky the doctor and all the other doctors, the nurses, ALL the staff, I did like how they had security since it's not far from some bad areas, even checking in was fun and we were laughing with the woman. I wished I remembered her name! Even though it's early I'm not dreading going back today, though today we are going to the Mary V. Black building, so it's a completely different building but I'm sure it will be..atleast I hope...will be just as great. Also, it was very very clean. I was truly impressed, so was my mom when she went there and she's an RN as well in PA and she was really impressed with the nurses and how clean it was! I know this is long but if you are ever in the area and need medical assistance, this is where I would go and recommend!!

After 2 months of my time making a dozen calls with the insurance the claim was reprocessed. Our balance is $350. It has been 2 months and they have not sent an updated bill. I tried calling 4x and once the automated puts me on hold the line disconnects. How do I pay if I don't have an account # to pay online. I'm sure they will send it to collections for non payment. I'd pay if you would answer the phone. They did however call me to collect a balance awhile back that had already been paid. All very questionable.
