Not knowing better, she was admitted into Hospice care which basically meant to Crestwood Manor that they did not have to care for her. When we were first told about her transfer My father was assured he could visit every day. Later, we were told it was 2 visitors once a week but the same person could not visit. The Hospice team consisted of a nurse & chaplain. Both were lovely people but I would never agree to Hospice again. I instructed Crestwood that she was not to have any medications I did not approve. They assured me but later found out she was kept on a certain drug so she didn't complain when they changed her---as the staff told me. I obtained all her medical records later & found she was given the drug I instructed them not to give her. This probably led to her death.Hospice did not give her any medications. Crestwood cut off our visits, they had a COVID issue from a staff member which they assured was controlled. They told us my Mom was safe, no worries. Two days later they called me around noon to say my mother stopped breathing. Suddenly she developed non-symptomatic COVID & died. Who was with her? No one- they just walked in & found her not breathing. The nurse that called was ice cold and spoke like she was giving me a weather report. I was in shock- this was supposed to be a highly-rated care facility. Several of the employees spoke to me about her care & basically said she was in a bed alone unless Hospice came by. Within two hours they called again to see when I would have "the body" removed. I was told they did not have room to keep her. I did not even have time to call family members, or console my Dad & when this arrogant nurse called. I filed a complaint against this facility not only for their lack of care but also for the way they treated me. I was told to pick up her belongings---I questioned about the risk of COVID for me. I was assured everything would be cleaned before releasing however, they tossed her things in the front seat of my car- nothing was cleaned, and picture frames broke. Please avoid sending your loved one to this facility for any rehab or aftercare.

They leave him in bed all day. Tonight i came to visit at 5:30pm and he hadn't eaten. At 6pm I asked where his dinner was and was told they "forgot". They said they would order him a tray soon. Here it is 6:16 and he still hasn't eaten. The care here is below standard. Every time I visit the nurses are outside smoking. There is no security as well. I don't know what kind of haphazard facility is run here, but my father is not receiving the care we told he would. I'm very dissatisfied. 6:20pm and they just now asked what kind of sandwich he wants? That doesn't sound like a well rounded dinner.

All she does is harass me call the cops about my front light on about where I park my car and anything else she could find. I have numerous complaints numerous people moved out due to the same person. I have tons of complaints and files in with the homeowners association about this person who again is not a certificate holder, they told me to put in cameras I put in cameras I sent them all the videos of everything she was doing. To no avail. Cops have been here so many times with her, and so many complaints with so many neighbors again from a person who's not even a certificate holder lives with someone and pay them rent. Apparently she has severe mental illness so it's our problem we need to deal with it and live with it because they say they cannot get her around due to it. This person is not capable of living in an environment with other people. Again she's not a certificate holder and should have no say in anything around here. So now I decide to move and they tell me they need the key to get in my house. I told them I don't want anyone in my home when I'm not there , I was told Well I don't know what to tell you then!!! They have from 1:30pm to 4:40 pm to come I'm home!! So now through the hell I have to live through for 6 years they are blocking me from selling so I can get out of this hell hole!!
