It's a huge building with lots of senior services including an adult daycare, Home Health Aides, very reasonably cost senior transportation, and a host of other programs that they offer to low income senior citizens in Camden and Burlington county. I'm very fortunate my mother lives in their catchment area as she needs the medical transportation. We've just begun this relationship with this organization and I've been impressed with how they manage to provide services even though they are operating on such a low-budget. I was happy to make a donation to them as I could see it goes directly into helping seniors like my mother. The staff there is so pleasant to work with and are dedicated and do such a good job. I will say however that because of the low budget and staffing and the reduced number of hours with the medical transport you have to make the calls in on time in the morning to schedule and it's required two weeks in advance for scheduling medical appointments and you have to call the day before to confirm every appointment. With more money I'm sure they can become more and more automated in this process or at least have more vans and more staff available. My mother said that so far the drivers were very nice and they were on time and that they drive good too. And that is high praise from my mother.

They were told by my mother that see wanted to try the service and see if it was a good fit. They charged $130 for a health care evaluation for there own baseline. They secured a security deposit for 2 weeks of service @ 8 hours per week 16 hours total. There home health care aid had no cooking skills, was not herself health conscious and provied little or no amenable care other than to chat up my mother @ $32/hr. After 4 days of 4 hours of service my mother decided it was not a good fit and called Home Instead to cancel services. 4 days latter they withdrew another 2 weeks pay out of my mothers account of which my mother had reversed. Then they then sued us in Superior Court for none payment. There was no phone call from Home Instead to discuss the matter or fined a resolution. This company was a predator and created a-lot of unnecessary stress when it can to my mother and our family!
