He handled my fingers so aggressively, twisting them forcefully and digging his nails into the sides of my fingers while working. It was one of the most uncomfortable things I've ever experienced. He then proceeded to take the electric filer and shave my cuticles and nail bed down to the next layer of my flesh until I screamed out in pain. You can see in the picture how damaged my nails are, now that they've grown out. The pink lines are from where he shaved down my nails unnecessarily. He apologized and then proceeded to do the same with the rest of my nails. Will NOT be returning here again and it'll take months for my damaged nails to grow out.

First Lady's price board is straight forward and the prices are much more realistic than others salons.
