I was very hesitant and more than prepared to just wait it out and go see my regular brow person. My eyebrows were already messed up so I figured they couldn't get WORSE. I made an appointment, missed it and rescheduled for another day. I was that scared to go back. I went in and was greeted immediately by Brielle. She was very friendly and walked me through everything she did before she did it. Nothing was done without my seeing it and giving her the okay to continue. I think she could tell I was nervous. Brielle showed me how to use brow powder to fill in my brows until they grow in completely. She made me feel very confident in her ability to not only help me reshape my brows, but to also work with what I have in the meantime. She was very nice and personable and that alone made me feel a little more comfortable about laying on that table again. Rachel is amazing and made sure to come out and meet me personally and even gave me a few items to take with me to keep my brows maintained. When she first gave me the mirror my eyebrows still had hair all over and then the second time she plucked some of the long hairs that took me months to grow. The wax quality is terrible as well it feels like a sticker. She had to pluck most of the hair off and with tweezers that are not precise at all. I am pretty upset as eyebrows really shape the face and I take pride in mine. They are now super thin and i don't like them at all. European wax center, have better standards for who you hire and make sure they are PROPERLY trained. Very disappointing because your location in my hometown in CA is great. Do better.

I have never had a wax with strips ( im used to the hard wax) and i usually de robe from the bottom down but Brenda provided me with cotton like panties to wear during the wax. The STRIPS were VERY PAINFUL i mean getting waxed is not like being licked by kittens at all but ive been getting waxed for YEARS and it def hurt. All and all i was pretty happy with the results and if i was ever in a pinch again i would def call/email Brenda. The only reason why this isnt a full 5 star review is the pricing. Brazilians are 72.00 thats more than im used to paying even with tip. Its def a great wax but the price point is just out of my range (buying the yelp deal really helped me out ALOT ) I also didnt even think about it until i left but part of my brazilian wax at any other place includes a back door clean up. So be sure to ask for her because the results would be worth it. The shop is a cute and chic atmosphere and everyone is nice. Prices aren't too bad compared to other places though. They do accept credit cards, but be sure to bring cash for tips. Also check in here through Yelp and receive 10% off lash services.
