DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!…read more If there is ever anything wrong with their products, they don't care! I am very unhappy with the customer service we have received from Marcela's. We purchased a couch from them that we have taken care of very well, but it has started to fall apart. We are not hard on our furniture. Our kids do not stand or jump on it, we clean regularly, we don't sleep on it for hours at at time, and we never wear shoes in the house so shoes have never gotten near it. A couch should last longer than a few years without the piping breaking and poking through the material, the cushions not holding up at all, and other tears and pulls in the material. We called them multiple times about it. The customer service has been terrible every time. First they ask for pictures of the couch. We take the time to send the pics and never hear anything back. We call them back again later and they say they need to see our receipt. We tell them that we don't have it but ask if they have it on record. (The couch took months to arrive in the first place. They have to have a record of it). They tell us that they keep records but it would be "impossible" to find because they file it by month and year. So we tell them the month and year that we purchased it. They say that they will try and look it up and get back to us. We have never heard anything back from them. For that matter we never heard anything back from them when we were continually waiting for the couch to arrive. I honestly don't know why they wouldn't want to help us to be happy. We are the type that would definitely go back if the service is good and we would tell everyone. It's too bad because now we will tell everyone how bad it is. I would welcome a response to this and an actual solution to the issues we are having with the couch

They deserve 0 stars. Terrible experience with this company and Milgard Windows. We remodeled our…read moreentire house, which consisted of all windows being replaced. They never came and measured the actual windows, instead relying strictly on a set of plans provided by the contractor. This resulted in several windows not fitting after they were made. Visalia Window also installed several of them incorrectly, so they would not open and close properly, and they have still never fixed those issues after 4 years of trying. A sliding glass door was installed improperly and they ignored our requests to address the issues until after stucco work was completed and it had to be completely ripped out and replaced. Then they damaged the replacement during installation and refused to provide any additional assistance. Another sliding glass door has a screen that won't roll properly and always comes off, so we can't even use it. They were paid $55,000 and swore they would do everything to fix all of the issues because they had a reputation to uphold, but they do not care about the customer after they take your money. They do not return phone calls or do anything for you once they are paid. Milgard Window Company is just as bad and do not honor warranties or provide any follow up assistance with poor quality installation of their inferior products. Be warned and go with another company.

I haven't had too much of an issue with this place as I shopped here before and the staff is nice…read moreand friendly, but upon ordering a dresser, it took almost a year for it to arrive for pickup and when I decided that almost a year was too long I asked for a cancellation and refund but was then met with a non-negotiable 36% restocking fee after waiting so long and checking in frequently. I was also told I'm lucky I'm getting a refund at all (even though I was the one waiting on the dresser for so long) Overall if you choose to shop here, just know that the owner of the establishment does not care for your time or needs, just your money.

This place is a JOKE. The employee had the audacity to fight with my mother over the phone and…read moreclaim he is the owner when we know the owner is a white male, not Hispanic. They broke their contract by charging my mother for the sofa and not respecting the day established on the contract to deliver that sofa. Now, they're telling my mother she needs to wait another month for the sofa because their "system changed the dates" (they have already charged her six times and they didn't bother to call her informing her of the change). I'm telling everyone in my family and friends to never do business here. Unprofessional staff (the employee said his name was Luis) and lack of communication! Update: we never got the sofa (ordered it since November). Right now is December 18 and we had to cancel the order because we never got anything. We didn't get a response from the manager either. This furniture place is making us cancel the contract and wait probably more weeks to get our money back.
