Super personable, great energy, and made the whole experience feel effortless. It hits that perfect balance of savory, sweet, and nostalgic. I asked Paul what he would pair with it, and he absolutely nailed it. He introduced me to "Chimp My Ride" from Solano Brewing Company, a rich stout with chocolate and peanut butter notes that complemented the burger perfectly. To my taste, from what I've tried, overall, Three Mile Brewing makes the best beers in town. & very important to me, they serve taster pours/ flights. While I may occasionally have the full pint of a crisp lager, I prefer smaller pours of bigger beers. Service has been friendly, informative, & attentive. At this point, altogether, I've tasted well over a dozen of their beers. Just about all of them have been good to great. For tasty beers & some tranquility in downtown Davis, Three Mile Brewing is where I'm going.
