His initial engagement to my comment was misspelled and therefore hard to comprehend. After suggesting that Damon Dunbar revisit his spelling, he responded by calling me a whore. Maybe you should discuss with your employees the impact their attitude and behavior has and how it reflects on your business and your staffs professionalism. To verbally harass a stranger is concerning behavior enough, but at least have the decency to do so on a private account that is not directly linked to your place of work. Sincerely hope you can work out these behavioral issues. Definitely does not seem like a female friendly environment.

I did have some specific requests, and the lady on the phone was SO nice and SO helpful. (I THINK her name might have been Emily). Well, they really made two beautiful arrangements SO special! And, when my friend answered her door, with her 3 year old little girl beside her, the delivery lady crouched down to greet the daughter happily. It made the little girl feel SO special! The next day, mid day, I received a text from Teleflora telling me my order was cancelled due to the unavailability of Burgdorf Floral. I tried several times to contact Burgdorf via phone, but each time the phone was answered by an answering service and they were of no help. Today, a week after my order was cancelled, I received a thank you e-mail from Burgdorf Floral, thanking me for "choosing our shop to hand deliver your gift to " my friend. I again tried to contact them with no success. Burgdorf Floral is a waste of time!
