Burgdorf Floral doesn't even deserve one star, but there was no lower option. I ordered a floral arrangement for delivery via their website. Received confirmation e-mail thanking me for my order and giving me an order number. The next day, mid day, I received a text from Teleflora telling me my order was cancelled due to the unavailability of Burgdorf Floral. I tried several times to contact Burgdorf via phone, but each time the phone was answered by an answering service and they were of no help. Today, a week after my order was cancelled, I received a thank you e-mail from Burgdorf Floral, thanking me for "choosing our shop to hand deliver your gift to " my friend. I again tried to contact them with no success. Burgdorf Floral is a waste of time! read more

His initial engagement to my comment was misspelled and therefore hard to comprehend. After suggesting that Damon Dunbar revisit his spelling, he responded by calling me a whore. Maybe you should discuss with your employees the impact their attitude and behavior has and how it reflects on your business and your staffs professionalism. To verbally harass a stranger is concerning behavior enough, but at least have the decency to do so on a private account that is not directly linked to your place of work. Sincerely hope you can work out these behavioral issues. Definitely does not seem like a female friendly environment.

Luckily for me, Emily answered the phone to take the order and was just as kind and relaxed as she could be. She assured me that the flowers could be delivered same day, on Grandma's Race weekend! She asked my budget, and any specific floral choices I might want, and she put me as ease, first by assuring me delivery wouldn't be a problem, by accommodating my budget and by helping me make what turned out to be a stunner of a bouquet. The recipient gushed about how beautiful it was, and while a photo can't do justice, you can see how fully bloomed the peony and sunflower are! I would do business with Flora North (5831 Grand Ave, Duluth, MN 55807) time and again, if the opportunity arises. THANK YOU for your kindness, patience, and for a beautifully designed bouquet.

Seriously one of the cutest bookstores I have ever been to. Outside they painted it to look like…read morebooks on a shelf. Indoors is small but long with lots of books. They might not have as many books as a Barnes and nobles but they have staff that can help you order books you want. The display were very cute and in their selections I found j book I never heard of but definitely will be reading. Actually I started it then stopped because I am reading another book on my kindle and listening to another on my audibles. They also have several small trinkets. I could spend a long time in here . The books aren't going to have that massive sales price but seriously these small bookstores are gems. We would be supporting them because they feel more like a cozy shop than a huge corporation.
