He left and we have not heard from him/the company since. No estimate let alone a call or email. That was 4 weeks ago. I've tried contacting Home Depot to provide them with this information as it appears that we are not alone in our criticism. This reflects very poorly for Home Depot but with all of the comments and issues, they apparently do not care.
