I did have some specific requests, and the lady on the phone was SO nice and SO helpful. (I THINK her name might have been Emily). Well, they really made two beautiful arrangements SO special! And, when my friend answered her door, with her 3 year old little girl beside her, the delivery lady crouched down to greet the daughter happily. It made the little girl feel SO special!
