I was referred to Dr. Krygier from my dentist due to an issue he could not pick up on his x/ray. Dr. Krygier has amazing staff that handle each patient with kindness, compassion and professionalism. Once I arrived to my appt the staff was top notch. They did an X-ray and Determined that I had a very bad infection with bone loss. The Dr. immediately put me on antibiotics for 10 days and scheduled me for a root canal. The day of root canal I did tell the office I am claustrophobic. They took this into consideration. They explaining every step that was going to take place gave me a break when I needed one and really helped me get through the procedure. I had my 1st root canal ever yesterday afternoon at the root canal guy office by Dr. James Wolcott. It turned out to be an exceptionally great afternoon of care. The office is beautifully equipped with the newest equipment including special x-ray systems that was required. The entire staff was extremely friendly, very detailed in explaining what was going to take place and constantly asking if everything was going okay. Dr. Wilcox gave a wonderful explanation of the process, was definitely superb in his technique with his assistants, and provided excellent pain control. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Krygier and his entire staff. I suffer from claustrophobia and was very anxious about getting a root canal due to the rubber dam they use during the procedure. Dr. Krygier was so compassionate about my concerns that he rescheduled my appointment at the last minute and offered the option of oral sedation to me. I didn't even know this was an option. This gesture likely cost him money due to the time he lost while I should have been in the chair, but he didn't even hesitate. I had the procedure a few days later and it was a piece of cake. Careful, money mongers. Not only do these guys charge twice as much as anyone else in the valley, but they are unscrupulous in their business practice. I paid my balance in full on two different occasions and later received a collection notice from them. This was preposterous because not only did I pay the agreed amount due, but the last procedure was out of pocket so there should not have been any gap from insurance coverage. They made little to no effort to reach out to me before quickly throwing me to wolves and severely damaging credit. Worse yet, they likely didn't get the correct tooth because i still have pain when eating and have to avoid cold liquids. They were unsure whether it was tooth fourteen or fifteen, and while i'm sitting in the chair mid-rootcanal they tell me they think it's probably the other tooth based on how the root looked in the x-ray... wtf!? read more

This is my first time leaving a review, and for a root canal no less. Ha! I recently visited this office and was well taken care of! Right when you walk in... You are greeted by an upbeat friendly staff member. The office is clean, neat, and nice. Then you head back to the "chair" and everything appears to be brand new with 2 large monitors. One to review x-rays/go over the procedure in detail, then the other tv for regular entertainment channels. The tools and x-ray equipment is all new (or appears to be). CLEAN, NEAT, and ORGANIZED. The assistants were very friendly and ready to answer any questions I had. Seemed like they were very knowledgable. Dr. Shandra Lee was amazing. Very detailed, thorough, pleasant, considerate, and has great taste in music (the music channel she picked to play during the procedure). Ha! Overall, absolutely lucky to find this place to take care of my root canal. If I ever have a need to get another root canal...this is my place. 5 stars all the way!!!! read more

I had to go to Dr. Lee for a root canal. I am terrified of the dentist but she made me feel incredibly calm. Apparently, I was so nervous that my body was going though the numbing medicine incredibly fast so she kept having to inject me with more. Believe me, I don't like needles either but every time I needed more numbing medicine she gave it to me and I was totally fine with it. She was externally nice and did a great job! If you ever have to go through a root canal go through Dr. Lee. She is great! read more

I have had three root canals. The first one I had was a referral from my dentist. I will NEVER return to his office. The root canal took 2 1/2 hours and they had the wedge in my mouth the entire time. He was working on two of us at the same time-like they had overbooked! It was painful, very uncomfortable and an experience I never want to encounter again. Seven years later I needed another root canal. I went to Dr. Krygier - a referral from my husband who had gone to him prior. My second root canal was 45 minutes, no pain or discomfort and a pretty pleasant experience as root canals go! Eight years later I had my third root canal and, once again, Dr. Krygier and his staff proved their proficiency in every way from the minute I walked in to my departure. She was honest, professional and forthright in the pre/post. She got 3/4 done with root canal and discovered the tooth was not able to be saved. She told us this, gave us options and the office staff sent info, X-rays and directions to take care of my husband. Found myself in horrible discomfort this weekend with a root canal gone bad...the dentist who had previously treated me did not complete the job properly and I got a terrible infection. They were nothing short of amazing from the first impression...even offering to stay late to see me as a brand new patient?!! Huge thumbs up! The staff is incredibly attentive, accommodating, and professional. They stand true to their calendar, but more importantly, yours. Customer service: A+ The dentist: Dr. Krygier is an absolute beast. He finished my root canal in what felt like no more than 30-40 minutes. No need to make this long - he did a fantastic job and he did it quick. The Office Staff don't follow directions and because of their lack of detail we had to pay for another CT scan at our Oral Surgeons Office. They gave my wife a Surgeon referral after the CT scan, my wife told the front desk folks not to send the CT info to that Surgeon until we could check to see if he was in OUR Network. That afternoon she called their Office back and told them their referral Surgeon was NOT in our network and do not send the CT info. 2 hours later my wife called them again with a Network Oral Surgeons information and instructed them to send her CT info to this Surgeon, this was Oct. 27th. We went out our Network Oral Surgeon on Nov. 7th and he did not have the CT info, so more scans had to be done & paid for. I called Dr. Krygiers Office on the afternoon of the 7th and was told by his office staff they sent the CT info to the wrong Surgeon (their referral). We paid Dr. Krygier $339.00 and got NOTHING....we want a refund and a apology. His office gave out information to the wrong Surgeon!! Extremely poor Service. read more

I just had my 2nd root canal done by Dr. Lee at The Root Canal Guy. Dr. Lee is both personable and very professional. She is a perfectionist, patient, detailed, so knowledgeable and very experienced. She explains your options well, and won't do any work without first taking full x-rays and getting good history from you. She makes you comfortable, and explains what she will be doing, what to expect, etc. to you in a very user friendly way. And she has a great sense of humor! The entire support staff, from the well spoken young lady who answers the phone, to her medical tech support staff, are all friendly but efficient and very capable. I am very grateful to have found my way to Dr. Lee. This now 2nd root canal has been beautifully done,without any problems at all. This was my first time getting a root canal, so I was naturally terrified. I had gotten a few fillings put in from my regular dentist, which ended up damaging some of the nerves in my mouth. I was already in horrific pain when I was referred to Doctor Krygier, and Doctor Sandra Lee. They were not only incredibly friendly, but very good at what they do. They were both sensitive to what I was feeling, and going through. Impressively, everyone in their office walked to the exact same beat. Super professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Again, being in so much pain already, they kept ensuring me that "They Were The Good Guys," everything was going to be alright, and I would be out of pain soon. The procedure itself was actually surprising pretty quick, and easy. I was totally numb, and honestly I could start to feel relief the very next day.
