Being a singer in the past, I too had the love of music implanted in my soul. Jason was 24 years old and showed an extreme interest in learning the guitar as he quietly watched my friend Bob play in our living room in Angola Beach in Lewes, DE. Tim sold me his first acoustic guitar as a Christmas gift that year. Later I purchased lessons from Tim. It seemed Jason just took off with it! Little did we know that 11 years later Jason Hurd would be an artist and proud owner of his own cd, "A Better World", self written, copy written and recorded. His second cd has been written and ready to be recorded as well. Tim's influence has helped in more ways than he realizes. Because of his passion and love of the art he has lead Jason in the same direction. Thank you to Tim for his love, understanding and devotion to music! B N B Music is fortunate to have him as their employee. May they always cherish him! May we all always pay it forward! Greatfully, Julia Vecchioni-Ferguson Milford,DE

I sent a message through the GC website to this location to get some more information on the guitar since it was hard to tell exactly what the condition of the guitar was based on the photos. Their sales manager, Ben, emailed me back the same day and provided very detailed information about the condition of the guitar. He even included additional photos that were very clear and he indicated in the photos where there were any cosmetic imperfections on the guitar. Although I did not end up purchasing the guitar, I was extremely happy with Ben's customer service. He really went above and beyond. Based on my experience, I would definitely consider a used gear purchase from this Guitar Center location in the future.

Try out the Preamp Live pedal to see what I mean. Their selection of high quality guitar straps is also about the best I've seen anywhere other than in Nashville guitar stores. They seem to carry the full line up of Levy's straps as well as other brands of similar quality. I was also really impressed with their selection of high end guitar picks.
