I don't recommend them solely because of false advertising; they have on Google that they're open until 5p Sunday and on Yelp advertise a 4p closing. I just walked to the door at 3p Sunday and it's totally dark. Closed. Do better with your advertising and stop wasting peoples time. read more

Never again! The lack of ventilation gave me a killer headache from all the nail product fumes that lasted all day. The technician did not speak English except for a very few words, so I could not even tell her not to cut my cuticles. The rhinestones started falling off the next day -- I've never had that happen when they were done at other places. Prices were not listed on the website so I could not tell when booking. I could go on... read more

I wanted to get my eyebrows waxed. She gave me such a hard time because I wasn't moving fast enough. Mind you I'm pregnant. Telling me I have to hurry up because she has a customer. When I asked her to put me with someone else she refused and said she was the only person in the salon to do waxing. read more

Very friendly, fast, and good quality service. The prices are very reasonable too, similar to what I pay at home outside Phildelphia. They listened well to my preferences, and I felt very comfortable there. Street parking was easy (on a Sunday,) and they they take cards and cash. My nails look great, and I would definitely return (make sure to make an appt, they get very busy!) read more

I got dip nails done here a few weeks ago and they are going strong! It's been 3 weeks and not a single chip.

I had a pedicure, the place was very clean and the man that did my pedicure was very gentle. I will go back. Just a note that the address is Andrews Ave but it is actually on NJ Ave next to the liquor store and parking is behind the store off Andrews Ave. read more

They are professional and do a good job. It looks like Yelp has them as closed but they are open. The name of the salon is Daisy not Luxy. read more

This was my first time straying from my normal salon but had some chipped gel nails and wanted to fix for the 4th weekend. My aunt and cousins went the day before and had a great experience so I figured I'd try. I made an appointment and was actually taken the same time of the appointment. I'm used to waiting 15-20 mins. I had a younger guy, I think his name was Jay. He was amazing!!! The best pedicure! He was thorough and had a great massage with hot stones and towels included. Then I switched to a dip manicure instead of gel and they look amazing and exact shape I wanted. This place is new from the looks of it and kept very clean. Highly recommend ! read more

Go see my girl, Tamara. She has plenty of experience and worked at a high end spa. She knows all the trends and does a wonderful job. Pedicures on point and everyone there is lovely. I got the viral glazed donut nails and have gotten nothing but compliments. You don't pay tax if you pay cash. read more

I arrived around opening (9am) on a Friday in July when 2 other salons in the area turned me away. Luxy's staff was by far the friendliest. They werent incredibly busy and took me right away for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The older gentleman who provided the services was so kind. The salon was clean and modern. My manicure and pedicure was done very well, and I get my nails done regularly. I would 100% return to this salon again. read more

Went here with my daughter for manicures. The quality was great and we were very happy

Everyone was very nice. However the technician I had just didn't execute what I wanted. I was very clear even when making the appointment that I do UV gel, I asked and confirmed that I could get that. But once I was in the salon the tech could only do the ombré look I wanted with acrylics. PS I get this all the time with gel color. The ombre color came out nice, my nails are way too thick, and I requested them to be filed multiple times. The woman working on me was very nice and really tried her best. So if you need a fill just make it clear what type you want and keep your designs simple. Very clean, very nice, just not the level of skill I was hoping for. read more

Beautiful, brand new everything salon. Luxury should be in their name as that is how you feel. Very clean/safe, highly recommend. We were visiting via boat and what a pleasant surprise. read more

My friend and I went here and asked for flame nails and this is what we showed them and this is what we got (in the pictures)... they look nothing like the picture and we even asked them to redo it... no difference. Anyway it was very clean and service was good. Don't recommend if you want something nail art! read more

Probably the best nail salon I've ever been to. The basic pedicure included a hot stone massage, service was great and friendly and my nails are exactly what I asked for. 10/10 would recommend they are talented nail techs who can do cool complicated designs that other places can't for a very reasonable price. read more

The lady was going to automatically do gel polish and i told her i didn't want gel. She then was like oh but gel is more better and it lasts longer and i said i cant because its bad for my skin (i have eczema). So then she was going my nails and she did a good job for the most part until it came to painting, my toe polish was messy and she didn't care and then she painted my tips and I notices that it looked weird and I told her it looked bumpy, streaky and too thick and she said thats why you should've done gel and took me to dry my nails. SO DID SHE NOT CARE THAT IT WAS STREAKY BECAUSE IT WASN'T GEL?! So I was drying and i was pissed af, then another guy in the salon came over to me and asked if everything was okay and I told him what was wrong. He told the lady who did my nails and she put her glasses on after the fact that she did my nails which explains a lot. Then the guy helped me and repainted my tips and cleaned the polish on my toes, and it looked way better, but the polish was still a little streaky. You can see how its streaky if u zoom into the toes pic. She also didn't fully cover most of my nails with acrylic, i got it done on about 3 days ago and it looks like i need a filling! read more
