Two starts for ambiance and the bartender. I use to love this place for pedicures, but the quality of service has gone down so much. I want to say worst pedicure I have ever had. Sadly this is my third horrible experience, and have only returned when invited by a friend. When removing gel the lady went too far with her dremel tool and even though I said it burned filed into my nail bed, because she is so rushed. The nail polish was so messy, and even though I paid for a premium pedicure they rushed me out the door. I will not be returning. read more

I've been in the service industry my entire life and I know hospitality well and I have been a bartender for 12 years. I hope this message gets to management/ownership because there is a serious problem with the way staff acts when they are unattended. Taylor is a terrible example of a bartender. He is unprofessional in his service and rude to guests. Management and ownership should seriously reconsider who they put behind their bar because this guy is slowly ruining their business. read more

The manager was able to squeak me in last minute yesterday. Literally at the very end of the day. My nails were in such a disastrous state from months of neglect (cuticles ragged, little chunks of gel clinging nails, a really sad sight). Thankfully, the nail technician, Jenny, stayed to fix me up. She was fast and efficient. I appreciated her attention to detail as she made sure each nail was perfectly shaped and painted. She was also incredibly clean and organized. Less than 30 minutes later, I was walking out with shiny beautiful nails. I will say, the prices are steeper than you'd find at most nail salons (in Kalispell and other cities) -- but I'd rather put my value into cleanliness and attention to detail rather than saving a few dollars. :) read more

Worst staff I have ever experienced in my life. If you want terrible service from staff that literally talks trash about their customers IN FRONT OF THEM then maybe this is the place for you. Bartender Taylor found out that we were visiting from out of town for a wedding and asked what state we were from, then immediately started commenting about how horrible our state is and (direct quote) 'the people from {our state} are idiots'. When my father order an 'Old Fashioned' Taylor let out a massive sigh and said 'I knew you guys would be a problem' which confused us. Other staff members and Taylor then began to loudly speak to each other about their political opinions, making degrading and disparaging comments about the opposing political side which made the environment so uncomfortable and so unprofessional. He proceeded to get louder, and from our perspective it genuinely seemed like he was trying to antagonize us. As we were walking out, a couple other ladies that were there for drinks (presumably locals) commented on the fact that the staff was rude to us and apologized on their behalf. It was a wildly bizarre experience and just left us feeling really unwelcome. read more

Went here with my daughter for a pedicure. One of the worst pedicures I've received and it was NYC pricing. The person giving me a pedicure just walked away lower leg massage and came back to "catch up" to the other person who was giving my daughter a lower leg massage. It was a very rushed, inattentive, and expensive experience. I do not recommend coming here. We did not have food or drinks. I will never return. There are way better places on Main Street. Also received two threats from the woman who did my pedicure after I posted this review. Beware. read more

RIPOFF!!! First off I called to make an appointment and was told 70 dollars for a full acrylic set. I made it for my 45th birthday. I made two SIDE BY SIDE appointments because it was for me and my 13 year old daughter. First they split us up on different sides of the room. FIRST RED FLAG! We told them what we wanted, mine being black French tips with two nails with a couple hearts. My daughters, kinda the same but he ombred the acrylic color. Mind you, know where during these conversations did they mention extra cost. The guy who did my nails was utterly and completely rude!! That would be Dean on the receipt. The guy doing my daughter's was nicer but the nails are awful! My daughter's nails are the white ones in the pictures and they are SO THICK and all different sizes. Mine for some reason he didn't paint the edges, even after I asked but he said no it will chip. So he left them like this! They're the black ones. Then to my shock when I get the amount due!! Ok I understand extra for some design but they need to tell you as you are asking for what you want! Then extra for length and shape!!? Are you joking!? I'm a retired nail tech and not in a million years have I ever seen extra charges for length and shape when you are getting extensions. That's part of the service!! No one expects to get acrylic nails and not have them sized or shaped! WHAT A JOKE AND TOTAL SCAM! So this reflects on the whole business and I'll be recommending no one I know going to this bar or nail place! RUINED my nail day for my BIRTHDAY with my daughter!! I messaged them and sent a review on Facebook. Instead of reaching out and trying to make the situation correct, they BLOCKED ME! Terrible terrible business!! I lost 150 dollars in my daughter's nails. 100 dollars to them and then due to my daughter's fingers being raw, swollen and in pain I went to another salon to have them removed. The new place was amazing!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! EDIT: I just found out they own NAIL TOEPIA just down the street from this place. Won't be recommending them either!! read more

Drinks are always great. Poor bartender today was alone and it was busy. No blame to her. The small bites - and when they say small that's exactly what I means. We ordered the mushrooms and calamari. The calamari was freezer burnt, couldn't even eat it. Maybe 8 rings, for $16, and mushrooms for $12, so almost $30. Very disappointing. And the poor bartender was trying to handle food too. I travel a lot, and this is by FAR that BEST place I have ever been to! When you walk in the guy behind the bar is named Taylor and immediately greets you and he is sooooo friendly! Also great for kids because they have mock-tails. Once you sit down they are still serving you while in the chair!! My nail guy was named Lee and he was amazing! Massage was great! Drinks were great! I came in for the bar. It has a shiny, sparkly sign and like any other magpie, I was instantly attracted. It was earlyish, 5pm so the bar was sparsely populated. I took my time to look around. What is that in the back?! A nail salon? They talk walk in's? So you know I got myself a manicure AND a martini at the same time. The salon is clean, the techs are competent and quick. They weren't too chatty, but neither was I. They really like gel manicures here, and I do not. So I felt I was going against the grain with a non-gel manicure. They charged me the gel price tho. I'm not mad about it. It looks great. The bar has a bougie eclectic 1920's vibe. Some say it's a speakeasy, but it doesn't even have a secret entrance....so hard no on that one. But the glitz and glamour of a Great Gatsby, pre-depression thing...that's accurate. Drinks are spendy for typical flathead valley prices, but they are exactly what you would spend if not less in larger cities. I'm sure the tourists won't bat an eyelash at the pricing. At least it's a damn fine cocktail for the price and lots of prohibition era drinks with a modern spin on the menu. I'll be back when I hire an Uber. read more

Grew up in Kalispell and on a recent return trip saw this fun addition to downtown, couldn't resist the opportunity to try it out. This review doesn't cover the nail salon portion of the business, we came for the cocktail lounge. The drinks, which were the reason we came, were great. There was a large selection of specialty crafted cocktails as well as unique takes on classics. Were tried several drinks and all were attractive, balanced, and very tasty. The menu also includes all their spirits which I also appreciate. The bartenders were knowledgeable and clearly were having a great time. It has a fun feel, somewhat speak-easy style, but it needs some work. The lights were WAY too bright. Blinding even. Truly, we almost considered leaving when we stepped in. I assume they needed to be bright because there is a nail salon in the back... Having the nail salon at the back of the lounge was kid of weird to me. The cocktail lounge just kind of felt like the waiting room for the nail salon. The furniture choices added to this effect. This was a turn-off. However, once the salon shut down for the evening and the live music started it was a better atmosphere. Still too bright though. The food was a let-down. You cannot call it a charcuterie board if 70% of the board is covered in fruit! There was only one meat and one cheese. And the cheese was a plain ol' gouda. $20 bucks for a handful of grapes and apple slices. Charcuterie literally means "the art of prepared meat products." The board has got to have more than one meat. C'mon! The fries were tiny and hard to eat. Ended up just using a fork. Came with Thousand Island for dipping sauce. The steak frites were pretty good, but were the most expensive food on the menu after all. The service was good, which helped us have a good experience despite some of the glaring issues with the place. I appreciated the kind and helpful attitude of all the staff. Overall, I'm not sure we would return. I was excited to see this fun place downtown, but its got to build up the experience a little more and improve the food situation before I'd want to come back. read more

I went to Ritzy for a pedicure shortly after having orthopedic foot surgery. My left foot was still in a toe to knee aircast boot. My surgical wound was still healing and I could not immerse my foot in water. Before starting pedicure I stated that since I could only have one foot pedicured I would only pay 1/2 of the 2-foot pedicure charge. Both the female attendant and the male who provided the ONE FOOT service agreed that was acceptable. I was with 3 friends who were witness to this verbal exchange. After a roughly 15 minute pedicure I was presented with a FULL CHARGE $60. The manager said it was same use of water and supplies(I brought my own polish) THEY ARE NOT ADA COMPLIANT. And worst pedicure as polish did not cover complete toenail bed.WILL NEVER GO BACK! Amputees beware! Rude customer service! read more

This is a review of the nail salon in the rear of the cocktail lounge. Made appointments for a girls day out. They did not have enough techs so half our group had to wait. The prices are very high. Very. Everyone in our group had their gel manicures chipping within days. My manicurist barely trimmed my cuticles and the massage was about 10 seconds. The salon does not use OPI, but a brand I've never seen. They were out of many colors. Manicure was very rushed. I've been twice. Too pricey for the poor manicure. read more
