I saw a pair of pants I really wanted but they didn't have my size. I checked with the cashier & these pants are sold out in my size throughout all of their stores! But this small shop out in Scarborough located just off Sheppard ave east just happens to have them in stock . After discovering this shop on Facebook market place and speaking to the owner a very friendly mid aged middle eastern man he told me he would give me a great deal on this fishing real so I took him up on his offer and after all he is only one in town who had one. This is a small shop nestled in a small plaza on the south side of Sheppard Ave and Kennedy Rd area . They carry alot of difrent fishing gear , inflatables , ice fishing tents and even live bait. The owner was very nice gave me a great deal on the real and if I am in the area and need any fishing related stuff I will be back. These small shops need our support especially now during and after COVID . much more then the big box stores ...stop into this place his prices are reasonable and he provides a friendly service.

I recently went into the Toronto store as my down jacket had a tear in the zipper. The team at the reception desk immediately went into problem solve mode and offered a solution. They shipped the jacket off to their warehouse and I asked them to ship it to me when fixed. A few weeks after this happened I received a call from Julie at the store who confirmed the coat was fixed and she offered to drop it off at my home (instead of mailing which would take longer). From Hydro Flask, to MEC's own line, you can find something that will suit your hydration needs. I saw lots of camping items. Tents. Cookware. LED lanterns. This store has everything imaginable. The downside is that I didn't see any sales items. I find it expensive to shop here, especially post-co-op memberships. There are two floors to this store. So I asked for that, learned it's for crossbow and not suitable for my compound bow. So I asked cheapest arrows. She pulls a box of 3 for $30. Yikes. I asked cheaper, she has 12 for $50 yikes. Disappointed with selection. But seems this store has some gun varieties at least. Would not recommend buying bows or accessories for archery here. Very limited selection.

Went here as two acquaintances had only good things to say about Canuck Stuff. The prices for the official balls were also lower than places such as Sports Check etc. They sell anything related to volleyball, badminton, etc. The store was quite busy as there were a ton of people checking out shoes and other misc. things. One of the staff Mike was very helpful and helped me find the ball I needed. He asked if it's for outdoor beach and I had said yes. He actually recommended the Mikasa ball which our friend had told us about. I know there were a ton of outdoor beach vballs but we were already set on a particular one. The official Wilson AVP was $44.95. Places selling this usually charge up to $60 range. The price was low at Canuck Stuff as the ball comes flat and doesn't come in a box (they pump it up for you), but rather a light plastic bag to keep it clean & comes with a cloth bag. That's fine with me! Better for the environment. Mike was very patient and kind. Even though he was super busy, he took the time to find the ball as well as answer my questions. He also added a little extra air to the ball and later told me to let some out as it was to help with the shape since it had come inflated. Great service and product. We will definitely be back for any volleyball or badminton equipment. Parking might be tricky on a weekend but I was lucky and found a spot. The store is at the right end of the plaza.
