I went to 3 other local shops for a quote and no one took care of me the way Freer did. Called the insurance of the person who hit me to get me answers, helped adjust my bumper before I left their lot to make it a bit better for me to drive (without me even asking, might I add). They used Carwise which texted me updates on timeline and estimates. Called me and coordinated with insurance/rental car like no other. My repair ended up taking about a week longer than expected. More damage was found but it was clearly communicated to me that it was possible, and they gave me an update each step. They even had an after hours pick up which worked perfect for my schedule. Left me a card and a beautiful rose (such as kind touch). My car was clean and shiny on the outside (sad it won't last long due to all the snow and salt) with the inside vacuumed and smelling great! Lucky for me, I have insurance and Freer is in my hometown. When I made a claim with my insurance agent, she told me that Freer was one of the repair shops that was highly approved by my insurer. From the time I took my Rav4 in for an estimate to the final work, I was totally impressed with the customer service and professionalism of the entire staff. On the day I dropped my SUV off to begin the work, they gave me a time frame for when it would be completed. When they started work, the found some additional damage underneath and called to let me know they'd need an extra day. I also, received periodic text messages keeping me up to date of the progress. When all the work was completed, I was notified and they reminded me they do not take debit or credit cards. They are strictly cash or check only. Good thing I keep a book of checks on hand, I rarely write one anymore. To my surprise, when I picked my Rav4 up, they had washed and vacuumed the inside.What a nice touch. Since I had the body damage, I couldn't go through a car wash and Reggie (my name for my Rav4) was in serious need of a bath. The ladies who work the front desk, deserve a big shout out, too. They are friendly, charming, helpful and professional. When I paid my at check-out, I was handed a detailed statement, a thank-you card in cursive writing and a long stemmed rose. Long story short and 3 visits and 3 weeks later. They said you can't rotate large tires! What!? They're only 33" tires. They gave it back with carriage bolts loose then say they never touched suspension but forgot to do the alignment yet charged me 2 hours! And this: 179 miles added to my odometer which I reset after thinking it was odd I had to fill up the truck b4 brining it back into them the last time. Took it to another shop, alignment was still off, tires got rotated, and they thought that shop was mentally slow for putting a god awful amount of weights on the tires when balancing. Place is ran by thieves, imbeciles, and jerks.

They did additional work that wasn't authorized by me to do, thus padding the bill!!! What a joke! Lied too, misled and taken advantage of. Never again here! These people have a lot to learn about how to keep customers coming back!
