Top notch service. Above and beyond. Friendly service. Getting rear-ended is never how I wanted to start my day. However, the service and care I received from Freer was beyond expectations. I went to 3 other local shops for a quote and no one took care of me the way Freer did. Called the insurance of the person who hit me to get me answers, helped adjust my bumper before I left their lot to make it a bit better for me to drive (without me even asking, might I add). They used Carwise which texted me updates on timeline and estimates. Called me and coordinated with insurance/rental car like no other. My repair ended up taking about a week longer than expected. More damage was found but it was clearly communicated to me that it was possible, and they gave me an update each step. They even had an after hours pick up which worked perfect for my schedule. Left me a card and a beautiful rose (such as kind touch). My car was clean and shiny on the outside (sad it won't last long due to all the snow and salt) with the inside vacuumed and smelling great! I missed judged my spacing when exiting a driveway and dropped down into a culvert/ditch. When I got out to see if there was any damage, I was shocked to see what I had done. Lucky for me, I have insurance and Freer is in my hometown. When I made a claim with my insurance agent, she told me that Freer was one of the repair shops that was highly approved by my insurer. From the time I took my Rav4 in for an estimate to the final work, I was totally impressed with the customer service and professionalism of the entire staff. On the day I dropped my SUV off to begin the work, they gave me a time frame for when it would be completed. When they started work, the found some additional damage underneath and called to let me know they'd need an extra day. I also, received periodic text messages keeping me up to date of the progress. When all the work was completed, I was notified and they reminded me they do not take debit or credit cards. They are strictly cash or check only. Good thing I keep a book of checks on hand, I rarely write one anymore. To my surprise, when I picked my Rav4 up, they had washed and vacuumed the inside.What a nice touch. Since I had the body damage, I couldn't go through a car wash and Reggie (my name for my Rav4) was in serious need of a bath. The ladies who work the front desk, deserve a big shout out, too. They are friendly, charming, helpful and professional. When I paid my at check-out, I was handed a detailed statement, a thank-you card in cursive writing and a long stemmed rose. We have been lucky enough not to have a bunch of vehicle issues but the two times we needed repair Freer was on it! The first fix was a missing BMW emblem that they ordered super quick and took less than a minute to pop on for us. The second issue, we had was a shattered rear truck window that was ordered and received the same day. Freer fixed it quick and easy and even fixed the auto slide that hadn't worked before. Our experience with Freer was nothing short of awesome. I was unfortunate enough to be hit by another vehicle. This is already super unpleasant, because you have to deal with having to set up a rental car, the mess that is going back and forth with the other person's insurance, and setting up time to leave work to take care of your vehicle. My husband did his research and found that Freer would be perfect for us. From the minute I called them and sent them the estimate, they were fantastic to work with. They did everything they could to make this process as simple as possible. They took care of setting up the rental car for me and dealt with the other person's insurance going forward. They had Enterprise there at their autobody shop at 7:45 ready to go when I dropped the vehicle off. The drop off and rental car process took a total of 5 minutes. I made it to work with plenty of time to kill. They have a fantastic text message service that keeps you up to date about your car's process the entire time it is in their shop. When it is time to pick up your car, you can come before they close at 5, or you can simply drop off your rental car and pick up your car in their lot after hours. There is no need to return your car to Enterprise, they take care of all of that for you. When I picked up my car, they had a rose waiting for me. They were simply the best to work with, they guarantee their work and will fix anything you are unhappy with. We will come back to them if we ever need any more auto body work done. read more

Took my truck to freer had to take it back the first time because of the insurance company then back again because of my grill then back again because they were suppose to fix my O2 sensor that got damaged and replaced the wrong one and this morning my fog light was laying under my truck yes feel off because they tried applying it back together I fixed it myself because I'm tired of having to keep going back I'll take my business elsewhere next time read more
