Top notch service. Above and beyond. Friendly service…read more Getting rear-ended is never how I wanted to start my day. However, the service and care I received from Freer was beyond expectations. I went to 3 other local shops for a quote and no one took care of me the way Freer did. Called the insurance of the person who hit me to get me answers, helped adjust my bumper before I left their lot to make it a bit better for me to drive (without me even asking, might I add). They used Carwise which texted me updates on timeline and estimates. Called me and coordinated with insurance/rental car like no other. My repair ended up taking about a week longer than expected. More damage was found but it was clearly communicated to me that it was possible, and they gave me an update each step. They even had an after hours pick up which worked perfect for my schedule. Left me a card and a beautiful rose (such as kind touch). My car was clean and shiny on the outside (sad it won't last long due to all the snow and salt) with the inside vacuumed and smelling great! Truly can't recommend Freer enough. Kind, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and truly excellent service. I will trust Freer with all auto body repairs going forward!

I learned that the shop is under new ownership since our last business with them many years ago. The new team has carried on Bell and Osborn's excellent service tradition. Jessica was very pleasant and efficient scheduling our appointment and managing our engagement. She made us feel like old friends, even though we only just met her. Steve was very conscientious about protecting our financial interests. When we first brought our Mercury into Bell and Osborn for repair, Steve was quite certain that it was a total loss. Steve found issues with the car that the initial insurance adjuster's estimate did not cover. Rather than starting to disassemble the car and racking up labor charges that would reduce the dollar amount of our eventual settlement, Steve worked directly with his assigned adjuster to explain the additional damage. The end result was that the insurance company deemed the car as a total loss, and we received the full settlement amount. Thank you, Steve and Jessica! While I hope that we never need your services again, we'll definitely be back if we ever do!

After scheduling an appointment one company brought the wrong glass to my house. Then, after a few days, I heard it couldn't source the correct windshield for one of the most popular sedans in the US. A second company didn't return my call. O'Toole confirmed the auto glass I needed, let me know they didn't have it in stock, then called me shortly afterward to say they'd located it. We scheduled an appointment two days from our discussion. O'Toole would have come to my house for the glass replacement, but for sooner service I took the car to their nearby garage. I was in and out in under one hour.

My install guy called to let me know he was on the way, then came up to me introduced himself and shook my hand!! Professional! I have been in the car business all my life and have had hundreds of windshields replaced over the years. Most guys use a "jackhammer" to cut through the old sealant which can easily leave hidden damage. Not these guys! They did it the right way, taking there time cutting it out with minimal mess and even cleaned up after! One of the installers has been a windshield guy for 42 years! You will not find that kind of experience anywhere else I'm sure. And it showed in the quality of his work. Thank you O'Toole!!!

I have waited about 3 months to post my review of the services I received from Central Auto Body…read more My car was handed over 3/24 I was told that my car would be completed in about 2 weeks but ultimately received it back on 4/24. During this time, I was calling the office multiple times across the weeks asking for an update due to the promised finished timelines from the staff. Almost every time it kept getting pushed back, one moment it was at this percentage complete another was that the work hasn't even been started yet. I wouldn't have had an issue with the duration if they were realistic about the timeline. I was optimistic at first that it would be finished in the 2-weeks as my rental reimbursement funds from my insurance company would be enough for two weeks. Time kept ticking and I got concerned that I would have to come out of pocket for an extended rental. Fast forward, after an additional 2 weeks I can pick up my car, I get back home and I see scratches on parts of the vehicles that weren't apart of the hail damage. (Almost as if it was dragged on the ground :) ) The seal on one of my head lights were smashed under the lamp. My car had to go back for repair for an additional two days and even still where they made the repair the paint is still missing. Since then, I've found other odd things like the plastic backend of the roof lip is not as secure as the other side and weird marks on my roof rails. I don't have the energy to bring my car back and not knowing when I would get it back. On the many trips to the office, I ran into other individuals who were also bringing their cars back for repairs after they were originally fixed. Some of them on their 3rd or 4th round. The pictures they gave of my car pre PDR did not show the preexisting damage. Pros: They did offer a 10% discount for the total cost of my service. They offered me a ride back home after every time I had to drop my car off. This is a plus for sure and shows good customer service. The staff appeared nice, but I felt gaslighted when I reported the additional problems that weren't there previously. Cons: It took too long in my opinion, and I did not like that the date kept getting moved. The 10% I saved went towards car transportation expenses. I did not like that my car had additional issues that were not present when I dropped it off. Would I recommend them, no. Will I go back, no. I don't know if they will treat my car well and I didn't like the staff member with the blonde short cut, he gaslit me about these scratches telling me these marks were from a soft, bristled brush. My car was not perfect, but it is not in the same state it was before it was dissembled. Lastly, my husband also got his car repaired here for hail damages and he also has a loose panel on the left back end of his camaro that is NOT secure, but the right side is fine. Mind you these are pieces that did not have any hail damage work done to them. I've attached two videos of both of our cars with the same goofy attachment issue. During our many times at the office we separately ran into different customers who've had to take their car back multiple times btw. 2 stars since the hail damage is repaired.

My scheduled appt was for 9/29/2025, I dropped my car off on Saturday 9/27. On10/1 I received a text stating the quote was incorrect, and the cost would be $3140.83. How is it possibly that the quote be so far off, 31% to be exact. I asked to speak to the team member who originally did the quote, but I was told she left. I felt that Central had baited and switch. Their explanation was there was more man hours needed to complete this repair. I told them I would not be using them, and would pick my car up Monday 10/6 at that time I was told there would be a 5hr @ $75 per hr charge to put it back together. Then when I picked it up, I got an additional charge for using a debit card. If anyone is thinking of using them, beware of their hidden charges, and the fact they do not honor their quotes! I rate them 0 out of 10
