I liked my friend's steak way more than the seared tuna I ordered. I also liked my other friend's French fries more than the sweet potato fries I got which were a bit soggy. Service was good. Spacious interior.

I grew up in the area and was so pleased to see this place appear as there's nothing in the area. Took a while to get here and only had time for takeout but omg. The sandwiches were outrageous. The meats were perfect, flavorful, juicy. Sandwiches were put together perfectly and even the side salad was a perfect size and super fresh. Can't wait to go back for a sit down meal. The picture doesn't do justice at all and I deleted one by accident. The Cuban was amazing. Photo is the brisket-equally amazing. , sooooo gooood.

Yippee ki yay y'all! Finally got here!! I absolutely love the decor and comforting atmosphere. Large tent outside for outdoor dining or dine in. Plenty of parking. Large menu selection. You definitely get a bang for your buck. We had the combo platter that had brisket, ribs, pulled chicken and pork, beans, coleslaw, fries, and cornbread. Where do I start. All meats were fantastic and so tender. Awesome smokey flavor. The beans were outstanding. I'm so picky on my coleslaw and it was perfect. The cornbread is a tiny morsel and I wish it was bigger. I had the marinated steak tips chef selection which means it is grilled with a sauce and comes with fried onions. You could cut the meat with a butter knife. So flavorful. Comes with a side salad and 2 sides. The loaded potatoe had chili on it!! We did have a cup of chili and we loved it!!! My husband literally could not stop talking about how good the food was the entire time he was eating. He also said I better rate this review a 5/5. We had a coconut cannoli and key lime pie. The cannoli was very good but the key lime pie was simply out of this world. I will be thinking about it for days. They have a deli counter and you can order platters, sides, or fresh meat/fish to go. They have a wonderful dessert counter (picture included). Closed Sunday-Tuesday.

Great food. And nice touch with the Veteran Only parking. Baby back ribs fell off the bone, and the fried cheese curds were delish. Pulled pork quesadilla was plentiful and really a meal in itself.

    Outside waiting area.

Food is invariably excellent and the staff is well trained and very helpful. As usual, we went in and were seated immediately. I had their Gorgonzola salad with salmon on top and washed it down with their Rags to Riches IPA. Our entire party was quite pleased with the evening. Our only lack of satisfaction was in the lack of the giant pretzels they used to have. No more. Instead, they have locally made ale pretzels which although healthier, are almost impassable with a hard texture that is unpretzel-like. I encourage the Flying Goose to bring back their old-style pretzels or redo the ale pretzel recipe from scratch. Great evening.

If…read moreyou are going between 10am-12pm, expect a wait, and possibly to use street parking because the parking lot is rather small (not easy to turn around in if other patrons are also looking for parking). That said, the coffee, food, and service are worth it! There are two seating rooms and one of them opens out to restrooms and a very small shopping/business mall. The tables and chairs are thick, heavy, rustic wood reminiscent of a country kitchen, and the acoustics are pretty good! No echoes or a need to yell to friends or family at your own table. The service is stellar! Lots of students work here and they are top notch. The food is outstanding. Their hash browns are literally the best I have ever had. They are wispy and crispy, and will not leave grease on your plate or in your belly. The eggs are always perfect, no matter how you ask for them, and the pancakes are the best you can get without making them yourself at home. They are served with a syrup, but for $2.00 extra (at the time of this posting), you can get real maple syrup instead. By the way, their coffee is not limited to regular and decaf. There is a delightful coffee drinks menu for options to enjoy at your table or to go! Tucker's also does take out, so you really have not excuse to miss this delightful place.
