Gwen freely and enthusiastically shared several days time just exploring neighborhoods, homes and new developments. Always very positive and very forthright, we felt extremely comfortable sharing our thoughts and exchanging opinions. Gwen was always professional, responsive to our inquiries and truly helped us find the perfect house for our family. It was a lot of work during this time in an unusual real estate market due to Covid impacts and housing supply shortages. However, Gwen did a fantastic job negotiating to keep us within budget and on top of finding a house in the neighborhood we thought was unattainable. I highly recommend Gwen due to her market knowledge, sincerity, willingness to go above and beyond, strong communication and ability to close a well negotiated deal. Five Stars across the board.

She was patient as we viewed many homes over the course of many months that we visited. Gwen was prompt at responding to our questions via text, emails and phone calls. We were not able to physically attend our home inspection, but Gwen stepped in for us. She "zoomed" the report and photos from the home inspector, and we were able to ask him questions while he was still at the house. Gwen has a positive attitude and is willing to go the extra mile. We had a great experience with her, and would recommend her to our friends.

Words cannot describe the PERFECTION and quality that Amber brings to the table. It's hard to know…read morewhere to start. Basically, Amber will stop at nothing to make sure every aspect of the sale is taken care of, but that every question is proactively addressed before even asking. She is well connected in the area and quite literally made magic happen at the exact time it needed to happen. As the pandemic began to rattle our country in March 2020, my wife and I decided to list our home before the madness hit. We already had 2 cash offers from investors, and Amber suggested that we be patient through the weekend and see what came up. She listed the house on Saturday night for $50k more than the investment cash offer, and within 48hrs we had 14 solid offers on the table to choose from. She went above and beyond and organized all the offers in an Excel spreadsheet for us so we could focus on the important details that mattered, and then recommended the top 3 we should focus on. Then she held our hand into a bidding war with the top 2 buyers. It was a glorious experience every step of the way. Definitely nerve-racking in moments, but glorious, and never any doubts or questions that went unanswered! She worked past 10pm, and even up to midnight for several nights to make the magic happen. Beyond that, she moved mountains during the pandemic with an out-of-state to make sure title was satisfied. We closed within 14 days of listing, for $10k higher than the listing price. And Amber was the one who made it happen... even with a newborn baby in the middle of a pandemic with chaos going on everywhere. She is the real life SUPER WOMAN if there ever was one. Thank you so much Amber, for all you've done! You chased after our business for years with such an optimistic attitude and genuine heart. You are the real deal, and you are my Arizona realtor as long as you'll continue to have me!

We had so many questions during the build process and both Mark and Mickie were able to answer them quickly and effectively. Their skill also helped us make better informed choices that will ultimately provide us a higher return on our investment. Without the Newman's, I fear we would have not allocated our money optimally towards options and possibly overspent in the wrong areas. The property is the Strawberry Cabin - Fire Pit, Fireplace & Pets on VRBO and AirBNB. I fully expect to get trashed for leaving this review as Brenden Hesser attempted to intimidate and he threatened me when I told him I was looking forward to sharing my experience. While this is a cute home, it is not what is advertised and it is not being well maintained. The fireplace never worked correctly and this is you main heat when it's cold (it is a gas fireplace) when the handyman came out to "fix" it, he told me the reason there is no flame is because the glass of the fireplace is filthy on the inside and, unfortunately, there was no way for me to access this to clean it and he did not. The TV didn't work and needed service by the handyman. The cabin is also not remote like the description suggests. The location is nice, it's just not what is in the description. It is a nice sub-division not a remote getaway in the woods. We were also without water for about 2 hours on our second day. The handyman said they have been servicing the water throughout the development all week but no one thought to tell me that prior to booking. The towels also smelled so badly that I had to wash them prior to using them. I plan on reporting this to VRBO and other agencies to hold Hesser accountable and make sure people know what they buy. Realtors in AZ are held to a higher standard. I am thankful Visa protects my purchase. Now I suppose I wait for the promised retaliation.
