My husband and I were doubtful there would be a house that our son could get with multiple offers on every property. Neither we nor our son paid all cash which seems to be what it takes to compete and get the winning offer. Jennifer knew exactly how to guide us, was super creative in her structure of the offers, and went after both houses and got them! Boom! And as if the two weren't enough, 2.5 years ago before the big real estate boom, sold our daughter's house in a couple of days that was languishing on the market.
