Jordan is great. She has an awesome personality and she listens well. She doesn't tell you what to do or talk down to you. I highly recommend her in particular. I have had some issues over the years. They've been enough to keep me a way for a while, but somehow I end up always going back. I did however have one issue in particular that management handled well. I've been happy with the overall management and clearly they are doing something right, as there are a few faces that have been there since I started going in the 90s! I do think you will be overall happy going to La Grande Salon. They also have a cute little store within that's worth checking out.

She is absolutely amazing and I am beyond grateful to have found her. The salon is super cute and very conveniently located for me. The man looked kind of confused and disappointed as he exited the building and didn't return. There have been a few times at Great Clips when I forgot to check in. This employee needs to realized not everyone has a smart phone and never will, she has to be flexible and offer to put a phone in the system or just manually enter and give him an estimate for his wait time.. not check in shaming.

Gina was fantastic again. I described kind of what I was wanting and she took it from there. I liked my hair when I left, but after being home and really looking closely, I feel like I LOVE my hair! I don't think that's something I've ever felt until today. Not having other actual salons to compare Lemon Water to, I feel like the haircut price is very reasonable, especially with all you get.
