When I called to speak to a manager all they did was say I'm sorry that happened to you.. I also had extensions left there but no one could find the left over extensions I was suppose to have the... they only gave me a complimentary hair mask.. that is it. $2500 in services and all I got in return was a damn hair mask... I've lost so much more hair since then.. we couldn't even blow dry my hair without losing any type of hair...

I walked here from the car dealership and couldn't check in on the app until five after 9:00 per Great Clips policy. I immediately checked in at 9:06 and arrived at the shop at 9:10. There were already 14 people on the check in screen, two getting cuts and two more waiting. I'm not sure how that happened. This is the busiest Great Clips I've seen as walk-ins and and checks just kept coming pushing wait times over 90 minutes. Despite the volume the only two cutters kept the pace and didn't rush their cuts. I was satisfied with my cut, (not overjoyed just ok). I don't know how many people work there but I did hear another would come in at 10. They probably need more people on staff.

The haircut is horrendous. Somehow, the front of my hair ended up about three inches shorter than the rest, when it all started at the same length. It will take me FOREVER to grow this out now. It's about two months later and I still hardly ever wear my hair down because it still looks awful. The only reason I give two stars is because I called back a day later and they took me back in right away to try to fix it. It couldn't really be fixed, but it was worth a shot.
