When I called to speak to a manager all they did was say I'm sorry that happened to you.. I also had extensions left there but no one could find the left over extensions I was suppose to have the... they only gave me a complimentary hair mask.. that is it. $2500 in services and all I got in return was a damn hair mask... I will never ever go back.. the first picture is from today and the second one is the one she tired to blame my stylist for on November 21st. I've lost so much more hair since then.. we couldn't even blow dry my hair without losing any type of hair...

Savannah rinsed it out right away and said I was done. She did not condition my hair afterwards. I told her I had a very long layer that I would like cleaned up. She made the layer extremely short. The entire haircut is uneven and it straight up just looks horrible. Whatever you do, just go anywhere else. She completely ruined my hair. If I could give her no stars. I would. They were not busy at all. But I was asked to come back at a later time. Another red flag was that she didn't show me my hair after she cut it. She just went right ahead and styled it. If she would have asked, I would have said no thank you to the styling because I don't like heat on my hair. (probably styled it to hide what an awful job she did).
