I've had phenomenal hairstylists' as well as not so great over the years. Within the last two years I've started going again more regularly since I decided to put some blonde back in my hair. Jordan is great. She has an awesome personality and she listens well. She doesn't tell you what to do or talk down to you. I highly recommend her in particular. I have had some issues over the years. They've been enough to keep me a way for a while, but somehow I end up always going back. I did however have one issue in particular that management handled well. I've been happy with the overall management and clearly they are doing something right, as there are a few faces that have been there since I started going in the 90s! I do think you will be overall happy going to La Grande Salon. They also have a cute little store within that's worth checking out.

Savannah rinsed it out right away and said I was done. She did not condition my hair afterwards. I told her I had a very long layer that I would like cleaned up. She made the layer extremely short. The entire haircut is uneven and it straight up just looks horrible. Whatever you do, just go anywhere else. She completely ruined my hair. If I could give her no stars. I would. They were not busy at all. But I was asked to come back at a later time. Another red flag was that she didn't show me my hair after she cut it. She just went right ahead and styled it. My family has been going there for everything from haircuts to colorings for years now, without issue. The staff there are very friendly and competent. Especially Teri the owner, who takes her craft very seriously (the wall full of Redken certifications speak for themselves). You must be good at what you do to have regular customers drive over an hour one way (through the Twin Cities) to Stacy, MN for her services.
