When I called to speak to a manager all they did was say I'm sorry that happened to you.. I also had extensions left there but no one could find the left over extensions I was suppose to have the... they only gave me a complimentary hair mask.. that is it. $2500 in services and all I got in return was a damn hair mask... I will never ever go back.. the first picture is from today and the second one is the one she tired to blame my stylist for on November 21st. I've lost so much more hair since then.. we couldn't even blow dry my hair without losing any type of hair...

They were not busy at all. But I was asked to come back at a later time. Another red flag was that she didn't show me my hair after she cut it. She just went right ahead and styled it.
