I was seated and told it would be a couple minutes. It was getting to be quite some time and no one said anything. When I inquired, it was only then I was told that my person was sick and I would be worked in. After 30 minutes I had to leave! They made me late for activities, I had to find someone else last minute to get my hair and make up done, and there was no explanation, apology or sense of empathy what so ever. Terribly arrogant and unprofessional.
