I will never go back... they not only gave me a chemical burn on my head... but the amount of hair that I have lost... I got my hair done on November 21st for my birthday.. the stylist tried to blame my bald spot on my head from my previous girl who never once gave me any type of burn and would never push my hair as hard as this stylist did.. not only did I get extensions put in but I left with a bald spot and very yellow. When I called to speak to a manager all they did was say I'm sorry that happened to you.. I also had extensions left there but no one could find the left over extensions I was suppose to have the... they only gave me a complimentary hair mask.. that is it. $2500 in services and all I got in return was a damn hair mask... I will never ever go back.. the first picture is from today and the second one is the one she tired to blame my stylist for on November 21st. I've lost so much more hair since then.. we couldn't even blow dry my hair without losing any type of hair... read more

I have no idea why I'm the first to review this place, but here goes nothing! I've only been going here about two years but they have so many regulars it's crazy. The owner is extremely friendly and treats you like you're her family. My hairdresser though, is the queen of all hairdressers. I am never picky because every time she does my hair I get a million and one compliments not just right away but even months after it's done. Her name is Lex. But all the hairdressers here are very kind. They don't just do hair here though they've got a cute little shopping area in the lobby and have a variety of services. You won't be disappointed if you choose this as your new beauty day salon. They pamper you like you're a princess and even walk you to your car with an umbrella if it rains! Love it here. I went to a salon prior that now had closed their doors and then I found Roxys and I am so happy. Every time my hair always is amazing. I go to Shelby and she listens and even had very thoughtful and is kind and offers suggestions what to do with my hair. All the stylists are kind and so talented and amazing, so any you go to would be a good choice. I won't go anywhere else now that I found this place. read more

I went here the day before my Birthday to have my hair lightened to a blonde from a faded blonde. When I arrived, I had to wait nearly an hour to be seen (which happened the previous 2 times that I came here, but I disregarded it because I get that we're human and we make mistakes sometimes.) During this most recent visit, I showed Paige about 10 different images of how I wanted my hair to look. I told her that I wanted it to be lighter than it currently was, and I was very clear about that fact because I've been on a long journey to color my hair up from a brown. (The last thing I'd want to do is work backwords.) She continuously suggested weaving in a darker color and I declined, as she was worried about the roots growing out too quickly (which I'm not concerned about). She ended up grabbing another stylist to talk to me who also pressured me into weaving in another color that I didn't want for the same reason. Eventually we came to a happy medium, and I said I'd like to weave in a slightly different color blonde for dimension, as long as it's lighter than my current hair color was. She said the color would make my hair lighter like the pictures I showed her, and I trusted her. As she began working on my hair, I could tell she became rushed as the end of the night approached, because she had to grab another stylist to paint the other side of my hair while she painted the other. She also told me she didn't have time to cut my hair that night as originally scheduled and asked if that was okay. This made me incredibly defeated. They werent taking their time with my hair and I could see them being sloppy with the application in comparison to how they've colored my hair in the past. When she began pulling the foils out, I could feel myself crying inside. I didn't know what to say or do.. What do you say when someone that just spent the last 2 hours being kind to you, telling you about how they love what they do, and about their life, and awkwardly how they almost quit their job because they messed up on someone elses hair recently? I didnt say anything at this point, because I was hoping that after my hair dried, it would become lighter than I realized. I could see by her face and how her words fell to silence as the color came through that something wasnt right. We exchanged no words when she put the toner in my hair (that I didnt ask for, but paid for) and rinsed it out. When I got up from the sink and looked over at the mirror, my hair was heartbreakingly dark. I coudnt believe it. My hair was darker than it had ever been in my life.. I was shocked. I didn't know what to say, I liked Paige, but I didn't want to hurt her feelings either... When she asked me what I thought, and I told her it wasn't at all what I wanted, trying not to show I was about to cry. She asked what wasn't right, and I had to tell her that this was the opposite of what I asked her, that my hair is darker than it has ever been in my life. She told me to wait a moment while she went to grab someone who I think was Roxy. Roxy asked what was wrong, and I repeated the above story. She said it should lighten up with a couple washes, but it looks really pretty and I should go ask what my friends and family think. (Of course they would say they like my hair.) I however didn't like it, and and I was now stuck with hair I hated for my birthday with no hair cut. Roxy told me I could come back in for a 're-do' and that I would not be charged when I do. (Even though I had to pay for what happened to my hair that night + treatment & toner I didn't ask for). It took a lot of courage to schedule the re-do this week, because I wasnt sure if I could trust them again, and I didnt want to hurt Paiges feelings. When I scheduled my appointment, I explained what happened and when everything took place, and she said the same thing happened to her and it was totally okay! Today I come to my re-do appt and they say they can't honor it because it's past 1 week of the error!!! They never told me when I needed it done by! I'm hurt and at a complete loss for words!!! read more
