I am a client of one person on their staff, Dawnmarie! She has been doing my LCN nails for a while now and I will follow her if she ever changes spas. This place is very relaxing, the staff is friendly and polite, and I can always get an appointment when I need one. This place filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy on 4/6/2026. I was told by their attorney's office that is unlikely any of us that had money in your VIP fund will get it back. So disappointing and I feel I was lied to. I was there a few weeks before the bankruptcy and everything seemed fine. read more

Had an appt on Friday, got a text on Tuesday stating they are permanently closed and they canceled my appointment. I have large sum of money with them using the VIP program. I have left text messages no return, call and it goes right to voicemail trying to get answers on my refund. read more

Very disappointing, i've had a credit there for a very long time. I called for a refund they told me NO. normally I would never ask that from a small business but they do not and haven't had a masseuse on staff for over a year or two. I have many allergies so I'm not interested in their products, in my case I think a refund is in order. read more

My husband purchased a full spa day for me at this establishment and was told it was really easy to get in for appointments. My spa day included a manicure, pedicure, massage and facial. I called to set up an appointment for all of the services or a few and could only get in for my facial on a day that I was available. I went in and the facial was wonderful and Heather who did it was very nice. The front desk person was a different story. She didn't seem to know what she was doing and was less than helpful. I gave her my gift card and she barely knew what to do with it and was talking about my remaining balance when it was explained twice to her that I had a spa package. She finally understood and I tried to make further appointments for my remaining services and it was next to impossible so I gave up. She even asked if I wanted further services today, I explained I already tried and couldn't get in and when she checked the schedule, she informed me they were booked. Sigh, I already knew that. Then, I asked about substituting the manicure for something else and was told that was fine. I asked if they had a list of services so I could pick out something else and was just told they don't have one. She wasn't helpful at all. I am a new customer, how am I supposed to know what products/services they offer ? What was supposed to be relaxing turned into a stressful situation, trying to figure out how and when to use my services. I am very disappointed. I just feel like they could have put forth a little more effort to help me choose and make an appointment for my remaining services but they really just didn't care. read more

Injector did not hear me & injected in area I noted I could not be objected. The exact result happened, that I stated would happen. Droopy eyelids. Crows feet lines did not disappear after injection. I was charged a crazy amount. I went back noting my issue. She injected more & still charged me with small discount. I am left with poor results. I asked on the front end that I wanted someone with experience. I was assured highly experienced. Later found out only a year & when I noted other places I had been injected with great results, she had not training. I followed up with another injector from somewhere else the mistakes that were made. Very frustrated with the experience. *i want to note, reception was very friendly. read more

Made massage appointment same day was greeted filled out paper work for massage waited 30 minutes for appointment then told OH sorry we have you on tomorrow my already bad day now just got worse . She said well I made your appointment upstairs I must have been on tomorrow. If I was told that when getting there but NO I sat and waited 30 minutes and then told sorry. Her and I were the only two people in room the whole time. VERY DISAPOINTED would not go back! First time there too. read more

Terrible experience from the appointment confirmation to the "customized facial". After receiving a poor review from me for the service I received from the person who confirms appointments, the owner Lisa called and asked me to come in for a complimentary customized facial. I agreed and met with the esthetician named Tera. I was surprised that she didn't ask me any questions regarding my skin such as if I had dry, sensitive or any allergies to products. She dove right in and started using products that at first felt fine, however I developed such a severe reaction such as burning, redness, pain and swelling a couple days afterwards. I purchased 4 products at a total of over $400.00. 5 days later I phoned them the night before leaving them a message to call me regarding my reaction. No call came. Finally, in the early afternoon I drove to the Forest Lake location and walked in to find Tera and the office manager at the front desk. I told them I wanted to return the products because of my reaction (pointing to my red and swollen face). The office manager stated "we can't accept them but we can give you a credit for other products or services". I told her "no, your receptionist the day I was in indicated that I WOULD be able to return them no questions asked if I had a reaction or was unhappy". I was reluctant to pay $400+ for products not knowing what would happen. She could see that I was very upset and agreed to give me a full refund all along while she was pressing numbers into the credit card terminal saying "yeah, we're not supposed to let customers return products". I said "well then YOU NEED TO INFORM YOUR EMPLOYEES OF THIS!!!!". My god, what a nightmare this place is. I don't know how they stay in business if this is the kind of employees and customer service they give. Go elsewhere. read more

Save your Time and avoid Timeless...I think Timeless's name came from the unchanging approach to the treatment of patrons. If you're not a first time customer, they simply don't care about you. I went in to try out this spot and everyone was really friendly. They spoke about deals and spent time chatting with me. I tried to go in for a second appointment twice- both horrible experiences. I called today and asked about promotions. They said, they only have things for new clients. The woman put me on hold and then came back to tell me, yea, only new clients. They should probably learn that investing in your current customers is even more important than bringing in new ones. I told them I would just go somewhere else. Just about every spa is better in the Forest Lake area than this one. read more

Staff is friendly and spa is clean. But beware- I went there twice for botox and it didn't work both times. The first time, I complained and chalked it up, they were nice but did not offer to correct their mistake; I accepted that maybe we didn't use enough, but I thought it was fishy because I had the same amt somewhere else and it worked fine.Then I went back and the same thing happened, and still no offer to correct it. I'll never go back. I was warned that some places dilute the botox, and I think this is the case here. read more

I went to Timeless Elements awhile back to have some Botox and a peel done. The staff were very friendly, but the services I had were mediocre at best. I started off with having Botox to treat my crows feet. I went back a few days later to have a vi peel. My appointment was supposed to be with Lesa. After waiting 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, Denise came out to tell me she would be doing my peel instead. Denise did a very rushed job applying the peel, and didn't do anything to prep my skin beforehand. I had showed up with a clean face with no makeup on, and having had peels in the past I'm familiar with the process. The esthetician should apply alcohol or acetone to remove any excess oils before applying the peel. That didn't happen. I went home and finished the at-home portion of the peel. A week later, my face hadn't even had the slightest evidence of peeling. Needless to say, the peel was not effective at all and cost approximately 300 dollars. I would not recommend getting a peel at Timeless Elements and I won't be back. read more
