The Restaurant

A perfect spot to have a delicious lunch before heading to Heathrow Airport. The ambience is perfect comfortable and relaxing. The food is great, fresh and flavors are on point. We had the spicy sharing platter, Rogan Josh and Chicken and Mushroom Pie. Highly recommend

This was spicy chicken with Naan, rice and was excellent.

The restaurant was busy and yet the service was great. They kept up well and we're just nice. Gave nice advice on what to try. Seating was comfortable. The prices were very good also...we will stop again on our way out of London.

Pitta w/ hummus

Just flew in and walked here from the travelodge, a nice walk past some residential and parks. This was the first English pub I've been to, and it was quite delightful. The interior and exterior of this place are very cheery with ambient lighting. Service was helpful and welcoming. My wife and I shared pitta and hummus w/ olives, bbq platter, side salad, and a couple of English brews. I'd recommend taking a stroll to this spot if you have just flown in, want a nice spot to eat a proper meal, and are staying at any of the nearby hotels.

Very welcoming old fashioned pub sign

Nice pub nearby London Heathrow airport. A good bit through a residential area and across A312 this nice old fashioned looking pub can be found. Food quality was really good, we quite enjoyed everything ordered. Larger selection of draft beers, including old fashioned hand pumped London Pride and an IPA. The other beers are keg-beers. The Fuller's Session IPA having a very pleasant and hoppy taste - more American than English IPA though. Definitely can recommend this pub and will probably return should I be in the area again.

English charm.

Stayed nearby to catch an early morning flight. Best place to grab a brew and grub. Open backyard seating. Quaint and full of English charm. Tried a little bit of everything off the menu. We tried the rib and chicken combo the ribs were average. Slightly overcooked. The chicken was tasty but could have used some more time on the grill. The highlight were the curly fries!! On point! Crazy good.

Very good meal! Fun atmosphere and walking distance from Doubletree Hotel. Service was very quick for our large group.

The clientele range from 18 to 80+ with all appreciating the trouble free, female friendly reputation it holds. For added peace of mind there is CCTV cameras. The new extensive main menu has proved very popular. Food can be eaten anywhere in the pub or outside on the patio in the summer. Evening entertainment is well attended and includes weekly karaoke and disco. regular theme nights and live music. With so much on offer here i would say, it is a place to spend one of your precious evenings. You would love the chicken in cream sauce. It is the best

Has an UNSAFE totally weird, essentially inoperable (not a passenger) elevator.) Themgmt reported me as a "no show" to booking.com (so I couldn't leave a report on their website) and charged my credit card under another name (not the name of the hotel) and categorized the charges as "dining", all in an effort to sneak the charge past me. Anybody decent would apologize profusely for the UNSAFE conditions and not attempt to charge me (It was so unsettling and unsafe that I had to leave at 1:30 am and walk half a mile down the road to the Doubletree.)
