Super friendly staff and a lovely family business! My favorite part is that your can bring dogs; my pup definitely appreciates that! We walk in and she goes straight for the pupcakes. I love that we can both enjoy our own cupcakes! They change their selection every day, so new options all the time, and if you call them up they can reserve a cupcake for you so you don't have to worry about them running out of it! A lot of their cupcakes are too sweet for me, specifically the frosting, but that is a personal taste difference and they don't deserve to lose a star for that. The smores cupcakes is by far, hands down, my favorite cupcake! Their pumpkin bread and banana bread when they have it are amazing as well! I once had an issue that the banana bread I received was undercooked, and sent them a message on facebook. Renee (the owner) got back to me super quickly and apologized and offered to replace for me free of charge. When I came in they gave me a new banana bread along with 2 free cupcakes! Amazing food and customer service! read more

I am a very picky baked goods buyer and was wary of these cupcakes because they seemed a bit over-the-top, but I thought the cake was light, moist, and tasty, and the frosting tasted like a true, homemade buttercream. My one complaint would be that I would like a few simpler choices since most of the options were kind of complicated combinations of flavors. A few things like lemon and plain chocolate would be nice. Great job overall and the little dining room is adorable. read more

Finally made a visit. Staff was more than welcoming and helpful. They explained flavors etc. bought 6 for my mom's 88th birthday. My 4 yr old granddaughter loved her cotton candy and mom enjoyed the lemon. I loved the cannoli! Will visit again when in town! Great space too! read more

I've tried multiple treats here. I recently tried the lavender rose cupcake, the mounds hi hat cupcake, and a Reese's Pieces one with peanut butter in the center. I've tried a few other cupcakes in the past and a cinnamon roll if I recall correctly. Overall I would say they have creative, unique cupcakes! However, honestly, the cake part of the cupcakes, primarily all the ones with yellow cake, is average, if not below average. All very dry. I would say from the yellow cake cupcakes I've tried, I actually think I could produce something better from a box mix at home. I think their recipe needs tweaking for that, and I'm sorry to say but I prefer Sweet because not only are they creative, but the cake part of their cupcakes is more moist and fluffy and tastes better. What I love at The Queen's Cups are the beautifully decorated cupcakes and creative flavor combinations they come up with. The top of the Mounds Hi Hat was honestly divine. I loved the coconut cream on top, but the chocolate cake was average. I will give The Queen's Cups another shot because there is always something different to chose from, including other pastries besides cupcakes. read more

Simply amazing! My kids beg me to come all the time. It is So hard to say no. Especially when Renee post all of her delicious creations on Facebook for us to see! My while family loves The Queens Cups so much they keep asking me to have them at our wedding in August........Renee we may need to talk! read more

This is our "go to" for sweets in the city. TQC always have a great selection of cupcakes and other desserts to satisfy your cravings. We've used TQC for birthday cakes too and they very attentive to detail as well as accommodating to special requests. Worceter is lucky to have TQC!! read more

Update: cupcakes are still rock hard and dry. Which they tasted as amazing as they look. Tried to give this place another shot but was still as disappointed as my first visit. I think there is probably a sweet spot of when the best time to go is when the cupcakes are fresh, as whenever I go they are literally even drier than a poorly made muffin. read more

I tried some of their cupcakes and they were so good. Definitely not good for my diet but amazing for my taste buds.

Delicious cupcakes and really great service!! Cupcakes not super cheap but are definitely of high quality!

Overpriced small cupcakes and too dry, however, the presentation was nice. For the price point ($3.50/cupcake) and the size and quality of the cupcakes, I cannot recommend this place. I hope in the future, they consider upgrading the size of their cupcakes to make people feel as though they got their money's worth. read more

Not super friendly or particularly good. They were dry and the store was hot. They were smaller than we expected. Super creative but Sweet is better. read more

I cannot day enough, what an amazing company this is. Not only do they have the most creative flavors (and they are SCRUMPTIOUS!) with the nicest set up, and their customer service goes above and beyond. I've been a frequent flier here for years, normally ordering a dozen cupcakes or so when I'm having a party. This weekend was my sisters baby shower and I reached out to Renee (the owner) for some advice on how to order. We settled on four flavors (vanilla, chocolate, marble and funfetti) with pink and blue frosting swirled. So cute! We had a few guests with some food allergies and Renee made me feel very comfortable leaving that in her hands. The day came and I picked up my order very easily (with a very reasonable price tag!) and off I went. Renee went above and beyond to make sure the gluten free order was delivered (seriously, above and beyond!!!!) All of our guests and the woman of the hour were all very pleased and quite impressed. If it was able to give this place 10 stars, I would. Thank you again!!! read more

The Queen's Cups never disappoints! They constantly rotate cupcakes throughout the day and you can even look into the kitchen to see them hard at work mixing, frosting and creating awesome cupcakes, cookies and Matilda cakes! If you haven't had a Matilda cake, you need to ASAP. It's huge and is my favorite item they have closely followed by anything peanut butter cup and the Samoa cupcake. For those that question whether they make fresh cupcakes, just take a drive by at 5am like I do on my way to work and you'll see the light is on and they're already hard at work. The staff is polite and answer the same questions over and over even tho they're slammed and will always try to find out the right answer if they're not sure. Barbara always has a smile on her face and tries to get to know her regulars! My fiancé has Celiac disease and we've never had an issue with their GF products. According to her the cookies and cupcakes are some of the best ones she's had. We've also had Renee and her team make multiple birthday and anniversary cakes (both GF and regular) and they always hit a home run with their creativity and flavor of the cakes. We're planning on using them for our wedding as well. If you look at the reviews, I think you'll see they are easily worthy of the 4-5 star rating. The complaints listed are comical and reflect how easy it is to talk negatively from behind a computer or phone. The food industry is a tough one and The Queen's Cups does an amazing job! The fact that there is usually a line out the door with people buying multiple items is all you need to know. In case you weren't sure, I highly recommend going! read more

Renee & TQC team, keep kicking ass at baking the most delicious, creative and adorable cupcakes I have ever seen/tasted. Not only just the cupcakes but all the other goodies (especially Matilda's :P). Any bad day can be cured by TQC. Continue to take pride and don't let some loser behind a computer get to you with their nonsense review. read more

I have been going to TQC's since they moved to Worcester and let me tell you - i will never need to find another bakery! The quality of the cupcakes are unmatched; the customer service is candid and friendly, and the creativity is exceptional. I make bi-weekly (weekly trips when I was pregnant) and there was always a fun new flavor to try - literally gets me through the work week! When my FIL's birthday approached I knew TQC's was the place to go for a cake. Coincidentally, they posted a photo of the italian cookie cake on IG and I immediately asked if I could special order one - they said of course. My FIL has now requested that he get that cake EVERY year! The cake is moist, frostings are just the right amount of sweetness, and toppings are always SO fun! They also have GF options as well; which is great because my SIL has a gluten allergy and I always pick her up something; the fan favorite has been the GF peanut butter brownies - so good even my MIL who is not GF stole my SIL's! My favorite cupcake flavor has been the Samoa and I absolutely love when you work coconut into the cupcakes! Also...LOVE the Dunkaroos! (90's kid at heart)....oh and the Matilda....perfection! Sadly, I am switching jobs and will no longer be working in Worcester....and I am already mourning the loss of my bi-weekly cupcake trip! Keep up the good work, you guys ROCK! Don't let the negative reviews deter you; they are just jealous they don't have such a rockin and successful business like TQC's! read more

I have been to this place a few times and each time I decided to give them another shot and each time I received cupcakes that were dry as a bone. While the presentation of the cupcakes are very pretty they are not moist inside like a cupcake should be. I have made Betty Crocker cupcakes that were moister. I will not buy cupcakes at this place again and will tell everyone I know not to. The reason I gave them 2 stars was for the pretty presentation which is the only thing this place has going for it. So if you want to eat a dry cupcake, go to Queens Cup and throw away your money read more

So impressed with this place! To start, the decor is literally to die for! So so chic and trendy I was in heaven. And the cupcakes...wow. So rich. My mom grabbed a cookie dough crumble and she LOVED it. And she rarely finishes her food but she devoured this. The Queen's Cup is amazing. Will definitely be back! read more

The Queens Cups provided the dessert for our wedding reception October 4th. Renee King, the owner, did a great job coordinating with us in advance of the day & gave us plenty of opportunity to decide on our final choices on cupcakes & delivered a great product in a timely, professional manner. The cupcakes were a big hit. Can recommend highly. Thank you, Renee & staff! read more

The cupcakes were moist, medium in size and had a nice filling in the middle. On a negative note, I found them to be very expensive, I purchased 5 and spent almost $15.00. I also wish they had gluten free, low fat and other options that were not so rich in taste. Additionally, I wished they offered the friendliness of the small town feel and made the purchase feel more personalized. read more

Great new business. Amazing Cupcakes, different creative flavors all of the time

There is nothing quite like the service, quality and awesomeness of this bakery. Family run, they know their customers and are so willing to do what they can to help out. The atmosphere is welcoming, and eye catching. I loved the little space when it was in Millbury, but now I can walk there from home. Happy cupcakes, and more!!! Thank you to Renee and all of her staff for all they do and all the Yummy treats!! read more

Great selection of yummy flavors. My dog loved the pupcake too!! The cake part was very dry and didn't have much taste(esp the chocolate). The frosting was very good though and helped a little with the dry cake texture. Maybe the cupcakes were over baked. Will give them another try soon. read more

Working locally in the Canal District , I frequent the Queens Cup often - usually for a coffee and a treat in the middle of my work day and I'm always greeted with such joy and happiness. This is an amazing , friendly and warm place of business! read more

Best cupcakes around, you can tell they put their heart and soul in everything they bake. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, the shop is picture perfect and so clean. I just wish I lived closer, I'd be there every day. read more

Looks are deceiving here. It's instant eye candy the moment you walk in and you see the vast array of colorful confections. We don't go into Worcester often so we decided to splurge and purchased a few different kinds of cupcakes along with some anise cookies and a single serving chocolate lava cake thingy that was irresistible looking. Sadly, each bite was more disappointing than the previous. The cake itself was super dry and flavorless. Like sawdust. The cupcake icings were average at best and certainly didn't make up for the crumbly, crummy coarseness of the cake itself. Counter staff was a bit snooty. We appreciated that they had a jazz trio in the adjacent room on a Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, it was so loud that all the patrons just looked at one another as we crammed in the takeout area so we could hear iurseves think. So don't judge this book by its cover. Attractive on the outside but you'd probably get more moisture from the actual pages of a book than you'll get from these parched pastries. read more

I was excited to try Queens Cups, and I went with my son. We each ordered a cupcake to eat there. Both cupcakes were dry, frosting was too hard and they tasted like they had been pre-frozen - definitely did not taste fresh. My son is 3 and generally doesn't meet a cupcake he doesn't like, but he took 2 bites and left the rest on his plate. The shoppe is cute, with nice decor and the people are friendly, but I wouldn't go back. read more

This place is great. They provided awesome cupcakes for my teenage daughters birthday. She and her friends loved it. They also provided cupcakes for my sons first communion. I totally recommend that you try their cupcakes. You won't be disappointed. read more

I love supporting small businesses and admire their creativity but unfortunately I will never be returning. The customer service is absolutely horrible and when it comes to custom orders they are terribly disorganized. I had ordered some items for my wedding and just casually went in one day and mentioned something about my order when they informed me they "might not be able to make part of the order but I don't know, not really sure". This was just a few weeks out from the wedding!! A week went by no one followed up with me until I emailed and cancelled my order, and decided to go with a more reliable bakery. Then they called me on my wedding day asking me where I was to pick up the other part of my order. I made it perfectly clear I was going with another bakery in my email and my reasons for doing so. They really need to start focusing more on treating their customers better, the ones that are spending their hard earned money so they can "live their dream" read more

Fantastic! Great flavors. Nice owner and good with social media to place orders and put cupcakes aside. My kids love Renee's cupcakes.

AMAZING !!! We tried about 5 different kinds and LOVED THEM ALL. The flavors are "on point" without being overly sweet. I do wish they had a place where you could sit down and eat your treat perhaps with a cup of coffee read more

this place is great, good selection of cupcakes made everyday. I've tried their mint chocolate chip cupcakes as well as their peanut butter. very inexpensive, well made, so darn cute, i love everything about this place. i wish instead of frosting she put whipped cream frosting instead but they are delicious none the less. perfect for parties and special occasions. so happy that she was able to live out her dreams read more
