Carne Asada Torta

My go to taco truck!!! Great food, every time, thank you! Also every time I go to there, I'm always greeted and treated with respect and appreciation. I really appreciate the food and customer service. If you want to eat there they have a spot to sit down, relax and eat.

Quack Taco is everything we want in a taco truck - delicious, authentic, cheap and good, good, good. It's really so yummy and the people in the truck are really friendly. I came for the birria - traditionally goat but beef here that's stewed with nothing but chilis, water and salt. Sounds good enough, but this is synergy. It becomes something amazing from such humble ingredients. They have a bigger menu, but I'll probably just order this again. I will be back. Also: homemade tortillas, heh heh

I heard this place was really good. But I don't know if they were just having an off day. I ordered the quesabirria with consome plate. They have there own take on it. It seems. My beans were a little too salty for my liking and rice was meh. I was really missing the richness from the broth and seasoning. My tacos were Huge great for the price. I just wish it had more seasoning. But I'll try them again to see if today was just an off day.

I visited this food truck for the very first time today. I ordered the queso birria tacos and one queso y rajas tamal and one chicken tamal to try along with a mongonada to drink. The food was amazing the tacos needed a little more flavor salt wise, but overall it was very filling full of beef and the tamales were amazing the rajas one very good and the chicken was spicy but delicious. Very large portions overall. The mangonada was delicious it needed a bit more chamoy but overall very refreshing. The service was what you would expect from a food truck - friendly and fast and the table outside of the truck was clean and neat. Overall a great place to go - a bit pricey but good none the less.

Delicious!!

We'll definitely be back! I ordered 2 quesabirria tacos, 4 asada street tacos and 2 pupusas. All were very good. There wasn't a spec of fat on any of the meat, it was flavorful and the guys working there were very friendly. I regret not taking pictures, but trust me....go here!

Everytime I come to Springfield, I stop here and have a couple street tacos,or I'll get a yummy…read moreburrito to fuel myself for the day. It's not much when you walk or drive by, but it's really the quality of the food that comes out. The employees that are there are nice and friendly, and they're super quick when making an order. I love this place and always look forward to coming for a visit.

I came here with a friend last week. This place has been here forever, but it's the kind of place…read morewhere if you blink, you miss it. Parking is on the street only. There is no dedicated lot. I wasn't even sure they were open when we stopped by. It took a few minutes to find an employee. Once we did, he was kind and helpful. I ordered four tacos, and I forget what my friend ordered. But it wasn't an expensive lunch. We waited for what seemed like forever for everything to be ready. Walking around outside, the building looks like a shack. I'm not even sure there is running water inside. It has the same siding as the apartments behind it, so I wonder if it's ran by someone who lives there? Or if they cook in their home and bring it there? I have no idea. This seems very similar to Joey's Pizza in that as long as you close your eyes and don't pay attention to where your food is coming from, it'll be great. Food itself was quite tasty and enjoyable. We took ours to-to and went home. Seating is an outdoor table only. Which seems more appropriate just for waiting to get the food than to actually eat it there. Would I return? If I happen to be driving by and they're open, yes. I can't say I'd go out of my way to eat here though. But it was certainly tasty for a tiny little dive.
