Two of us had the Black Forest sandwich which were overflowing with meat (ended up taking half home for later!) The Deluxe burger was juicy with mushrooms and onions, cooked to perfection, and the Chalice sauce was delicious. I should have taken photos of the food but to be honest we inhaled everything while we kept talking. Again Allie was a consummate professional--she made sure we never had to ask for a refill -- she was just there when we needed her. We will be back again!

She acted like we were inconveniencing her just by being there. There was no smile, no friendliness, and absolutely no effort to make us feel welcome. Good customer service doesn't cost a thing, but apparently it's too much to ask here. The entire atmosphere felt unwelcoming. We came out expecting to have a good time, grab some food, and enjoy ourselves. Instead, we left feeling like we should've gone somewhere else. All of the staff is very friendly and they really have service down to a science. They take your order at the bar, and seat you and bring you your food when it's ready. Or closer to being ready. So that they don't clog up tables with people just waiting. Our server Brittany was AMAZING. The restaurant dining area is smaller and cozy, but they are trying those tables as fast as they can. And the food is outstanding, great flavor. And large portions, you get a lot of extras too.
