We thoroughly enjoy this place. We take my mother in-law here monthly for fish and they have yet to let us down. I highly recommend the baked Northern on Friday nights. Always delicious and a hearty serving. The homemade pizza is probably one of the best in the area. We also recently took a group of 15 Memorial weekend and these guys were hands down the best. Extremely accommodating to our entire group with ages spanning from 2-75. We were seated on the patio and our glasses were never emptied, or our bellies! If it were possible to rate negative stars I would. Told it would be about 10 minutes to be seated... bar is empty, high tops were pretty full until the 25 minute mark. At which point we ordered an appetizer at the bar, while still waiting for a table. At 45 minutes we just ordered our food to go. PSA: If you only have one god forsaken accessible table in your establishment, save it for people who actually need it. That was the most asinine seating thought process I've witnessed. And to top it all off, frozen Vandekamp's from Walmart is comparable to the fish served here. Disappointing is an understatement. We won't be back. read more

Reilly's Pub was rocking on a Sunday night when there were not a lot of dining options open. The hostess was also bussing, serving, sweeping, moving tables,... it was all hands on deck. We started with onion rings, cheese curds, and shrimp. I liked the onions rings best, crispy but not too crispy. I chose the Cobb salad for my entree. Chicken was an extra charge and I didn't opt to add it. There were lots of toppings and all the ingredients were fresh. The outdoor patio looked cozy and it would have been nice to have a table out there. We enjoyed our meals - good, not great. Really appreciated how much the hostess was doing to fill gaps. read more

I could go on and on about how great the food and service was... Instead I need to talk about a negative. I went into the men's bathroom to wash my hands. When entering I saw a urinal and a toilet separated by a partition, with no door to the sectioned off area with the toilet. After a moments consideration I decided to use the urinal. Yet there was the toilet to consider. I didn't want to use the urinal for even a short time just to have another person come in to just to drop a mudslide into a toilet that doesn't have a door. I locked the door after coming to the conclusion that it is meant for single use at a time. Within SECONDS of doing this another patron SLAMMED into the locked door, yelling "WHY'S THIS DOOR LOCKED?!" The waitress on the other end responds "There is a stall, the guy in there is probably using the toilet." "IS THERE EVEN ANOTHER BATHROOM I CAN USE?!" "No, you will have to wait for this one to open." "Arghhh (sigh)." Mind you my table was right in ear shot to this whole thing, and this was not even 2 minutes. I was mortified. When I finished I didn't even know how I would be able to look my friends in the face. Upon exit there wasn't even anybody that was waiting to use the bathroom, and none of the people at my table even heard that exchange. The food came and was good. I got the beer battered cod, with the potato pancakes, and cottage cheese. Plenty of food, and the price is good. 5/5 stars. Keep up the quality! read more

Really good pub food and bar with good Wisconsin service. My crew enjoyed fish fry on Friday including cod and bluegill. Loved the potato pancake and Cole slaw sides. Returned on Saturday and loved the homemade lasagna special, BLT, and burger. Lots of beer choices including Knuth Brewing Blue Eyed Blond which is now a favorite. "Giggles" was the name of our server. Super nice gal. When near Green Lake Wisc this is a must stop. read more

This is a great local place that welcomes quite a bit of out-of-towners who visit the area or have homes on/near Green Lake. It's on a great bike route around the lake, and the staff is always friendly. Food is your typical bar food but it is good and the menu options are plentiful (and their french fries are outstanding!). Great outdoor seating when the weather permits, and you can boat right up to the place if that's your thing. In a super pretty area of town away from the hoity toity areas in Green Lake. I keep returning here because it is just a fun pub that always seems to hit the spot! read more

We had a nice dinner at Riley's! They have solid outdoor seating options, which is a plus when you're traveling with a dog and a two year old! They also start serving dinner pretty early (4/4:30). The waitstaff were very kind and checked in multiple times. If you're in the area, definitely recommend checking this place out! read more

Weekends are busy in summer so you will wait a bit. They have an indoor bar and a limited service bar outside (they will run in for items they don't have.) There are a lot of you g kids working there all of which did a fine job. They were attentive, courteous and prompt. After some drinks our table was ready. For appetizers the table shared the curds and the spicy shrimp. Both were solid. All group members got a fish fry of some sort. Everyone enjoyed the fish of their choice. I had Northern Pike which was fantastic. Someone had the Cajun fish special and loved it. All in all a good experience with some excellent fish. read more

I love Reilly's Pub and would give it 10 stars if I could. Our summer house is a 20 minute walk & we love to walk down for lunch or dinner. The service is excellent - wait staff & kitchen go above & beyond to make sure you're satisfied with your order. Food is delicious. Menu is excellent - lots of choices. My salad accidentally arrived with cheese - I mentioned it to waitress and said I would just pick the cheese out. Minutes later a brand new fresh salad arrived with an apology from the kitchen. As a long time customer of this establishment ( my first memories of the place was when it was called Red's back in the 1970's and I would come here with my Grandfather after duck hunting), I had high hopes that the new ownership that took over back on Labor Day weekend would correct many of the issues that the last owners were allowing. If our meal last night is any indication... this awesome location will still be known for poor service and mediocre food. The "Lake Perch" appeared to be frozen fish similar to what you might find in the frozen foods section at WalMart. The lady that I was with opted to not eat hers and returned it for a burger instead. The burger was ok. The serive was lacking... tables were not served in the order that they arrived, drink orders were forgotten, etc. The tables and chairs are a strange height. They are taller than regular chairs, so almost no one can sit comfortably with their feet on the floor, yet shorter than regular bar room high tops. In the front eating area near the bar, there is ONE regular height table and chairs. It is a bar, so no one expects a quiet atmosphere, but young children yelling and screaming is NOT appropriate for behavior for a bar either. The fish quality and kid noise made this feel a lot like a McDonald's experience. read more

The food is outstanding! . The owners are super nice and have hand picked items from the best Irish pubs across the world to include on their menu. They have renovated the entire place and its really impressive! One of the newest items on the menu is something I dream about nightly. The Pretzels served with Beer Cheese soup is AMAZING. The pretzels are soft, puffy, buttery and de-lic-ious. We came over the Fourth of July and they had live music every night -- and some pretty impressive bands! They were serving drinks outside with a full pig roast buffet. The portions are massive and the food is very good. The wait staff and bartenders are super nice, we came here several times on our vacation. They have very nice, clean patio space and its a good spot to meet other local lakers. Its right across from the lake and the atmosphere is really nice. Who would have expected this quality out of a small town lakeside bar? Its not a bar, its a true Irish pub! read more

Hadn't been to Reilly's for a long time so we decided to go tonight. Ordered mozzarella sticks, a burger and ham and cheese sandwich. The burger and sandwich were good, but did not like the mozzarella sticks at all -- kind of a deep fried wonton skin wrapped stick of cheese. Didn't like the taste of the cheese. Did not care for whatever was wrapped around the cheese. Didn't look like a batter of any sort and certainly was not breading. Service was just so-so. read more
