Unfortunately we were never informed of the specials available that evening (which we would have ordered). We did not receive a bread basket with our entree. The side salad was minuscule. My fried shrimp was flavorless; it earned a grade of C. The accompanying cocktail sauce was frozen. I chose sweet potato fries as my side and they were burned, barely recognizable. My partner ordered a burger which was very greasy and earned a B- We don't understand why the hash brown are considered 'famous' as they were also given a grade of C. I'm guessing they do have better tasting selections but we won't be trying them.

We weren't planning on staying.... we were on our way to a place down the street and decided to…read morestop here since it was new. It was a weeknight, so they only had fryer food, pizzas, and a special. We ended up with a few appetizers which were average. The drinks were great, and cheap. We got talking to some the staff and they convinced us to come back and try the full menu, specifically the Friday fish fry. A few weeks later we ended up back there. The fish fry was some of the best in the area. Service was great. Then a couple weeks ago we went a third time. After attempting multiple bar/restaurants to watch Monday night football and almost giving up, we stopped here. It was 8:00, they closed at 9:00. The bartender was great, said that he would stay as long as he had guests. We ordered appetizers and drinks and had great conversation over Monday Night Football. The new owners updated the already clean bar to add some name appropriate decor. They also moved game machines to a separate room in the back and added pull tabs! This place is becoming one of our favorites!

A group of six of us walked in, sat ourself, and I asked a bartender if the kitchen was open. There were two guys behind the bar. They looked at each other and gave a nod. The younger guy said yes, but we are out of the fish fry. No problem for us. We were served by the younger guy and he was friendly, attentive, and didn't treat us as second class as most of our group took water while I had a couple beers. It was pretty quiet when we arrived. We tried a couple apps, and a few different burgers and fried shrimp. Having read about the steak burger, we had high expectations but it fell a bit flat. Others mentioned a sauce, but there wasn't any in ours. The burger with bacon and jalapeño was a banger though! Onion rings and fries were excellent. The curds were good, but I've had better. When it came time to close the check, our server met me as I jumped off my stool. I don't know his name, but gave him a 25% tip. Wish he worked at my place! For the Dells, the price is very reasonable in my opinion. As we were leaving things were lighting up, and getting loud. I got the impression the kitchen was closing even though they say they are open late as the older guy was grumbling about only having two people working. As an owner of a cocktail bar I get that things happen, but I don't like my employees getting upset about it. The younger guy kept his cool - even if he was hoping for more. I do plan to go back for another service and ask about the sauce on the steak burger. Felt weird to talk about it before getting it the way I assume they serve it. Our son is staying for grad school so we have an excuse to try again!

First off there was literally two tables filled in the whole restaurant and it said sit yourself so we did, in the hall of fame part, well the room closest to the bar but still in that little doorway . We were the only ones in that part but they saw us come in, made eye contact but never said hi how're y'all or Anything. So I let it slide. After I want to say 15 minutes of sitting down with nobody coming to the table, I personally had to go up to the bar And tell the lady , we needed to get our drinks ordered. She then said okay I will be over in a second. She came to take our order yet no menus, so we had to wait for that as well. After we got a alcoholic beverage and a coke with lemon, and water with lemon, she comes back with drinks , no lemon. At that point we said forget it. Then after 20 minutes of her not coming back, I had to go up AGAIN just to find out she was sitting there talking to her coworker . I said uhm we've been ready to order and you haven't came back and she used the excuse she was waiting for bar orders which doesn't make much sense because while you were talking and waiting, you could've gotten our orders in. We order and I ordered the beef brisket or whatever it was and she asked if I wanted the glaze and the BBQ and I was like well if I can I'll do the glaze on the side and she said ok that will work. Then the other two in my party ordered burgers. Waited about 25/30 minutes for food. When she came with the food she finally introduced herself as Kristen. Now the brisket was amazing hands down. However, one of the burgers were made medium rare and also the egg was runny. Then I thought about it. KRISTEN NEVER ASKED HOW SHE WANTED HER EGG OR BURGER. Careless mistake. I wouldn't have been mad if that was all but also on this sandwich, they forgot the tomato and lettuce and the sauce that goes on it. Come to find out they put the sauce in between the two patties and it's a very small amount so you couldn't even taste it . The other burger was also wrong because they didn't put cheese or the right bun on it. Very disappointed for the price of the food y'all charge. Portions and quality is unacceptable. Service is ridiculous. Customers please be aware. You'll probably have to sit at the bar just for good service because that's were the attention was since that's where they stayed posted. You guys need to do more than just "relay the message to staff" you need to fix the broken service. Also she didn't check on the table the whole time after that and I had to go up there again for the check. Took so long to come get it, I payed thru the dumb QR code and left. It seems like all the bad reviews, the owner is trying to justify the fact that the staff can't do their job. That's not something you do, you have to TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. Take action. Make this restaurant better. Not a good first impression for someone visiting the state, won't be back, even if I was in state. This experience was three years ago * hope they've improved. Would still never go back

They have big leather swivel chairs that are actually comfy. The bar was very lively on a weekday at 4 pm. Watermelon mojito was one of the best I've ever had , followed it up with a great espresso martini. Ordered the fried clams appetizer which was good but many pieces were so small and thin that they seemed pure batter and no clam. The escargo was covered in a mexi-cheese blend that I found strange at first but tastes delicious- just more like Wisconsin escargo then French . They came with delicious crispy bread bites that we soaked up all the extra cheese and juices. Broccoli cheddar soup was the best I've ever had and absolutely loved the steak medallions with onions and dude of sauce . Steak was perfectly cooked. I loved this place and can't wait to come back

The original bar is in the old darker section - more traditional for a supper club.. We stopped there for some old fashions before dinner - they were solid. Service was very good. We ordered our meals after some tough decision making after snacking on their very tasty warm rolls. I tried their special of crabbed stuff shrimp. Five large shrimp that were very good with a baked potato on the side. My wife got the encrusted salmon and was surprised that it was encrusted in a bread crumb cheese mixture. She really enjoyed it. Our friends got the chicken with pasta and the walleye - two thumbs up. We decided to try their ice cream drinks for dessert. One pink squirrel and one brandy Alexander. Both were good but we have had better and bigger versions at other supper clubs. Prices were typical for a supper club - not cheap.
