My boyfriend and I were super excited to support this business. My brother had gone here in the past and got a great haircut and had a great experience. We got there when they opened at 9am and there were 3 people waiting outside. At about 9:10am one of the barbers came and tried to unlock the door and couldn't. We waited a few minutes and decided to leave when they still couldn't open the door. When we drove past we saw the door was finally open so we decided to ask if they had time for a walk-in. They said that another barber was coming in and could do it. We wait and the another barber comes in. The one barber says to the other "Walk-in dude walk-in". The other barber says something under his breath and ignores us and walks away. We think maybe he's going to set up. He bring his bag in, walk around doing stuff. Not setting up his station and hasn't acknowledged us. After 10 minutes of waiting for him I tell my boyfriend that in 10 more minutes we're leaving. We give him some extra time because he starts cleaning his equipment so we assume that he's getting ready. Nope at 9:50am he FINALLY acknowledges us. Asks my boyfriend if he's a walk-in. He says yes. The barber then informs us that he can't help him because he has appointments at 10 & 11. He was unapologetic and almost rude about it. He then tells us that the female barber will help us after, THEN he asked her if she could. She said yes but at that point I was done. We waited patiently to be ignored, the guy KNEW we were a walk-in waiting for service and decided to have us sit there for over 20 minutes just to tell us that he couldn't do it. Which is not too far in the mullet part but the burst fade man I was very disappointed.
