My son is special needs/highly sensitive. I tried to take him to a popular kids hair cut place but it was way too overstimulating for him. The vibe of this place was calm and clean and PERFECT for my son! He was pretty relaxed the entire time and even when he got spooked the barber David was incredibly patient with him. He did such a nice job! He took his time and was able to get it low on the sides with just scissors. Price was totally fair. I scheduled an appointment with my fiancé with Diena at 4:30PM for the first time at this business. She did an amazing job on his hair after we both told her what he wanted. He wanted a haircut with scissors and to shorten the top of his curly poofy hair and trim the long sides to a shorter length but not buzz it all off so his ears would look big. She went above and beyond with what he wanted and I was so happy to see Alexander finally get a haircut he liked and suited him so much more then the last few disastrous ones he got at other shops! My Fiance Alexander has had a traumatizing past with haircuts at other shops as he's been cut on the ear before or has had barbers completely ignore what he wants and he ends up hiding his hair under a hat for a while...and his last haircut before this first time visit was in December!!!! (just for context) The vibe was very appealing and quiet for a guy to feel masculine and comfortable which is awesome for their clients plus they had a miniature library for kids and other great books on sports, science, and encyclopedias on some subjects...but for me as a S.O. However I felt uncomfortable by the weird looks I got from some of the people as I was trying not to disturb the environment while trying to make sure my fiancé was able to be heard out and that he liked the work that was being made on his hair. Alexander grew up being shut down a lot and when strangers assume or mess up something he initially states that he would like, he won't speak up and he asked me to make sure that whoever takes care of his hair would not cut the sides too short... (apparently it looked like I was talking to myself as my voice wasn't loud enough and the barber told my Fiance that "his sister or mom talks to him like he's a child") He told me this after we left and it clicked with how I was feeling when trying to interact with the barber... I am happy I found a place for my Fiance to get his hair cut but next time I will probably just stay in the car as it was uncomfortable to be thought of as a mother or sister to my soon to be husband! read more

Don't use Daniel. Gave me a bad uneven cut. Had to go somewhere else to fix it. Just an overall terrible experience.

I went for a last minute haircut to this location in the afternoon about 1 hour from closing time and I was not happy with the results it was so noticeable that my family would point it out at the party I attended that night. I requested a basic medium fade down to a double zero and got a high fade that the sides were not even. the left side was higher than the right side and the fade had spots/ patches of hair through out the fade. They have a website where you can book your appointment which I think is essential. They share parking with other stores but they are next to a huge lot so plenty of parking if you don't find one right in front of the place. I asked for a low taper, he gave me the highest taper I've ever had in my life, to add to that the left and right sides were completely uneven as the back is barley even tapered. Both Eric and Frank are great barbers, cannot speak for the rest of the shop. Everyone is friendly and professional, good service and attention to detail. My only complaint is they don't make appointments on time, I would show up on time ans not get in a chair till about 10mins after my appointment time. Man daniel messed me up he should not be a barber, it was so bad they gave me the haircut for free (I didn't even ask for it to be free) I asked for a midish/ high fade and daniel decides that I need a extra high shave. Absolutely no type of fade on one side and the other side is just as bad just with a small bit of fade. Terrible experience and I told him to his face that he is not meant to be a barber. The female barber destroyed my sons hair and Daniel gave me what I think is the worst haircut I've ever got. After he was done he would not use the mirror to show me my haircut. Once I requested the mirror I saw how bad the fade was and I asked him to fix it. Once he "fixed it" he again did not show me with the mirror until I asked and only showed me one side, again I had to tell him to show Me the whole fade.
