We went in for the first time a few weeks ago to get some new pillows and sheets and it looked a little worn with a lot less merchandise on the shelves. This store has always been a tight fit on the aisles with little room to turn around and it is still that way but there are some empty spaces on the shelves now. They have curbside pickup if you know what you want and don't want to go in. If you want to shop and compare items it may not be as enjoyable as it used to be.

This results in the refrigerator sounding like a lawn mower and I can't hear the TV in the next room. Mays Monroe has sent multiple repairmen to fix. Mike Monroe wants me to get a new one from Bosch. Bosch collects lots of receipts, etc, but nothing to their satisfaction and has placed me in an infinite loop of avoidance. Mike Monroe made the offer to let me buy a new refrigerator at his cost but that was still more than $3K, in fairness a few hundred less than I paid 3 years ago.

Well 6 p.m. rolled around and the installers had not arrived, nor did they call me with a revised time. After 6;30 I received a call and they said they 1 minute away from my home. By that time I had read all of the horrible reviews about this company and damage they had left other customers during installations. I would not allow them to come to my home. When I spoke to the installers they told me that they do not work around any installation windows and simply move from one job to the next. They also said there was no installation window on their paperwork,. They simply laughed when I brought up an installation window. What an unprofessional company. Now I understand the poor rating and the horrible BBB standing. Why does GE (Bodwell) contract with a company of such poor reputation?

I just had a GE Microwave delivered by Exclusive Enterprises out of Pensacola. Pedro and his…read morehelper were on time and both were both very professional. They removed the GE Microwave that was being replaced and installed the replacement. Before leaving they checked the new unit to make sure it worked. Sadly, the door release did not function properly so we had to contact GE for a repairman to come out to replace the defective unit. Pedro was very helpful in getting us to the right person to make the arrangements to schedule a replacement. I've seen several derogatory comments about Exclusive Enterprise's service but this team did an outstanding job and have my highest recommendation! T. Don Clay
