Exclusive Enterprises was contracted through GE (Bodewell) to install my new over the range microwave on Thursday, July 16, between 2 to 6 p.m. The rep who scheduled the appointment said the installers would call about 30 minutes prior to arrival. Well 6 p.m. rolled around and the installers had not arrived, nor did they call me with a revised time. After 6;30 I received a call and they said they 1 minute away from my home. By that time I had read all of the horrible reviews about this company and damage they had left other customers during installations. I would not allow them to come to my home. When I spoke to the installers they told me that they do not work around any installation windows and simply move from one job to the next. They also said there was no installation window on their paperwork,. They simply laughed when I brought up an installation window. What an unprofessional company. I just had a GE Microwave delivered by Exclusive Enterprises out of Pensacola. Pedro and his helper were on time and both were both very professional. They removed the GE Microwave that was being replaced and installed the replacement. Before leaving they checked the new unit to make sure it worked. Sadly, the door release did not function properly so we had to contact GE for a repairman to come out to replace the defective unit. Pedro was very helpful in getting us to the right person to make the arrangements to schedule a replacement. They came to install an over the range microwave and caused significant damage to the cabinets. They refused to arrange for or cover the cost of repair and the installer refused to leave my home if I didn't sign off on their document that stated that no damage had been done to the premises and stated otherwise he would remove the unit and take it back. I had to force him from my home. They then contacted the manufacturer, GE, to put me on a do not service list. My attorney is working on the case. Thank goodness for Legal Shield. read more

Can I give #ExclusiveEnterprises less than one star? I ordered a dishwasher through Home Depot early in November of 2021, and the delivery/installation was scheduled for 11/26. 11/26 rolled around, and the dishwasher was actually delivered and partially installed. The installer incorrectly wired the dishwasher (the hot wire was connected to the neutral). He also left the wire nuts off the wiring, left the cable clamp off the wiring box on the front of the dishwasher, and failed to put on the kickplate. This left the dishwasher in a non-working state, and if I had tried to turn it on, it would have created a fire hazard. Let me repeat that-the dishwasher, as installed by a Home Depot contractor, was a fire hazard if the breaker had been turned on. It took me several tries, including contacting the Better Business Bureau, the state attorney general's consumer protection division, and disputing the charges on the credit card. This finally got Home Depot's attention, and the issue was escalated. Today, 12/7 (eleven days after the initial installation) the Exclusive Enterprises finally made it back and corrected the installation. I had to show the installer what an electrical cable clamp was (it clamps the cable to the electrical junction box on the dishwasher so the wiring doesn't rub and short out against it). I also had to supply a flashlight, wire nuts, and tools so the "installer" could correct the existing "installation". Needless to say, I will never, ever, allow Exclusive Enterprises into my home again. Their employees are rude, unprofessional, and have zero knowledge of how to install appliances. read more

Worst delivery service of appliances in over 40 years. Cant say enough negative comments to represent this poor company. They have yet to deliver my appliance. I have had 2 no shows thus far. I purchased and paid for appliance from Home Depot back in June. Here it's the end of August still no appliance. Apparently Home Depot is aware of the bad service with this company. They were speeding down our road even though I told them there were children playing on it, they pulled into my neighbors house even though it was clearly marked and they got stuck in her driveway and ran over some bushes. They are unprofessional, won't let you speak to the people who matter, and don't ever show up on time. They deliver appliances and large items to consumers whenever they feel like it. Absolutely the worst experience having anything delivered in my entire life!! Customer service disgusting at best. Delivery drivers have no brains at all. Took 3 weeks to get a washer dryer stacked delivered to my condo in Panama City Beach. Which took two attempts. Week after week. Worst ever. If this company is delivering your appliance do not let them in your house. Not only are they careless, messy and DUMB but they really don't give a crap. We are in the midst of a covid spike and they had no masks with them and said they were not vaxed. I had to mask up my family to protect ourselves even though Home Depot assured in their email that delivery staff would be masked and distanced. Have made both JC Penney and Home Depot aware that EXCLUSIVE ENTERPRISES is representing their companies and brand negatively. NOT a good look for two well known companies. Google Reviews are also ALL BAD. Alex does not have the leadership skills or ability to diffuse, address and handle occurrences respectfully or professionally. He does not need to be in a leadership role, much less dealing with customers. I cannot give this company any stars. My husband and I have spent countless hours dealing with and waiting for deliveries from this company. Three days of work have been missed between the two of us. We ordered 4 appliances from GE who contracted with Exclusive Enterprises for delivery. On day 1 for scheduled delivery we received 2 of the 4 appliances. They could not tell us where the stove and refrigerator were located. It took 3 days for them to be located (in their warehouse). Day 2 of scheduled delivery they were a no show and a no call. We couldn't get anyone to answer to give us a reason. Day 3 of scheduled delivery a delivery truck showed up at our house with NO appliances! We cannot get a straight answer about where the appliances are located. We've offered to pick them up, but they said that wasn't possible. I ordered a new washing machine from Home Depot, which includes free delivery. Exclusive Enterprises is the company that delivered our machine. They called a half hour before arriving to let us know they were coming, and they were prompt. The two delivery men were friendly and professional and had our old washer moved out and the new one completely set up and running within a very short time. We are very pleased with this company! I have filed a formal complain with Home Depot against them and GE who contracted them for delivery of over $3,000 worth of appliances. First they are extremely late, second the first worker steps in the door and stomps his foot and said, "We won't install your microwave, then we won't install your stove, then the ice maker. But, of course, I paid for installation!!! One worker gives me his supervisors phone number to call while he goes to, at least, get the appliances and bring them inside. I turn around and they are GONE!!!! No appliances. They took off and then lied and said I refused to allow one of the workers in the house for delivery which was a lie. I am officially DONE with #homedepot and #ExclusiveEnterprises. Several months ago we ordered a washer and dryer and waited the requisite 3 weeks for delivery. We took off from work, rescheduled appointments and cleaned out the garage so that we could receive our merchandise. They provided a 4 hour window. They NEVER showed up and had the audacity to send a text 2 hours after the delivery time, stating that it would be delivered in another two weeks. We cancelled our order and went to another store with no issues. We gave Home Depot another shot and ordered a refrigerator that was supposed to be delivered today. We delayed birthday plans to wait on delivery and after waiting an entire day, still no refrigerator and guess what? They sent a text 3 1/2 hours later to reschedule for the second week in October. What the actual heck!!! Just to add insult to injury, each time, they called the day before the delivery to CONFIRM that our item was there. read more

Horrible delivery service!! They called four times the day of the delivery. I could understand once to let me know they are 30 min away...the other times were asking me more directions and complaining about the dirt roads and tractors blocking the road. I was beginning to think all those excuses eventually would work towards them not delivering. I took off work to help them do the install so I was anxious to get it completed. Once here the driver complains about have to lift a 40lb drier just over 2ft over a hot water heater. He then calls his manager Danny via FaceTime complaining about having to lift. Unknown to Danny I was standing close by and could hear all the derogatory comments he was making about me (the customer). Very unprofessional, very rude, very lazy delivery service. If I could give minus stars I would! This company has no morals or cares about customer service! It's our way or the highway. Do not request a delivery time that will work for you because they don't care and don't expect your delivery to come undamaged because they don't care and please don't leave an elderly person to be there to let them in because they will threaten and intimidate them! They cancelled delivery two times and on the third delivery date they left a horrible mess in the kitchen and back porch and when Grandma was told by the appliance company not to sign for the delivery they threatened her and said if she didn't sign they were taking the appliance back! Such nice people to threaten an elderly lady. When they call to let you know when they will come not what works for you they don't even say who they are they say delivery company and we will be there tomorrow then hang up!! The day of delivery they almost give you a full 30 min notice they are on their way. I will never buy anything that needs delivering by this dreadful company!!! These people, Exclusive Enterprises, are about as bad as a company can be. I'm surprised at Home Depot sub contracting with such a company. I purchased 4 appliances at one time, installation included, from Home Depot. Exclusive Enterprises were not successful in installing the first single one. They looked for excuses to not install the dish washer, microwave and stove. They did install the refrigerator but left the ice maker line loose. It leaked from December 26 until January 1 before the leak was discovered. By then the carpet was soaked and the based boards were pulling away from the wall. Exclusive Enterprises have denied culpability of course. My insurance company will cover my loss but for my deductible. Presently there are four companies involved in this unfortunate event. I have reported all this to Home Depot here in Albany and am now awaiting their decision on their responsibility. read more

After the first delivery/install appointment I called Home Depot and reported my experience and requested that the same delivery team not return to my Florida property for the return appointment. Delivering heavy appliances in flip flops and telling the customer that items won't fit (fit fine later) or could not be installed on a Friday afternoon seemed more like "I am done for the day." 2nd visit, one of the same guys, still not wanting to get the job done, again asked that he not return to property, 3rd visit - same guy to install. He dented the stove and did not bother to level it before leaving. I will not do business with retailers who use this company in this area again if possible. Home Depot has been very cooperative, helpful, and accommodating as well as GE and LG. My only complaint is that they use Exclusive Enterprises for their delivery.
