I left a message to have a phone call returned twice and didn't receive one. When I was able to finally track her down, she was very rude and condescending. To the point I wish I never spent money with Fiesta. I didn't feel like a valued costumer. They opened my pool but wanted to charge me extra to tell me the state of my pool and equipment in an email. I feel if something was off about the pool they wouldn't have hasted to make some money off the repairs. Same way their chemicals are ridiculously overpriced. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! 2 stars just because of Mike the pool guy.

I did not receive a follow up email to confirm my appt or inform me of an appt. I called in and spoke with Kerri Record who let me know that email goes to spam sometimes and she would email or call me back with a date and let me know they put on cover. No email in spam. Week and a half went by with no communication, so I sent in email so I could know a date. She replied saying the date. On the day of while they were servicing I received a call from servicer saying they would not put on cover because it wasn't bought from them although I was not informed of that. Very frustrated with service as I stated I did not have prior knowledge of pools. Not a happy customer and will not be using them again.

We paid for new equipment but according to the contractor working for him, Mr. Tilley used old/used equipment which was painted over to look new. He wired pool light incorrectly, gave us an old pump filter which leaks and he refuses to fix,and an old transformer that doesn't work. We paid additional money to have our pool stairs fixed; which he said he back ordered a skid pad and we have not seen yet. He took our old Polaris Pool Pump and our old pool cleaner without our permission and refuses to return them. The only good thing was the liner he did was nice; rest of service was horrible! Our pool remodel is not completed; he even gave us a signed and dated checklist of things he needed completed on 4/19/17 - which to this date has not been completed. He was quick at cashing our checks for payment but sure has not been quick at getting the job done. We wanted to support a small local business, but Mr. Tilley has made this experience unpleasant. I would run as fast as I can away from this company! I reviewed him on their FB page; which he either blocked me or took down, but I saved & have copies of his comment telling us we were 'Dumb asses'... - this company is a shady pool company; Consumer Beware!!

I was told the switch was bad and it would be an easy fix and would cost $25 for the switch, $30 for labor. I got home and my pump was running, the pool light was on (4pm) so I went to my switch panel and turned off the switch for the light. The pump went off as well.. I could smell something burning (like hot wires/electrical) I called 918 pool guys, and the response I got was "we just used the existing light switch so the pump and the light are together" i tried to turn the switch back on, no luck, the pump wouldn't come back on. I was then instructed by Kyle, via a female empolyee, that if I turned the pump off while the pump was hot, I just burned up my own motor. Kyle did offer to come right back to my home and hard start the pump, but that I wouldn't be able to turn it off. If it's hot and burning, why would I want it turned back on leave it running!?!? No worries though, Kyle stated he would be happy to replace my motor for $1k.. i hung up with him and immediately called another pool servicer, who immediately came out to ensure my switch box wasn't going to burn. The electrical wiring was poorly and unsafely completed and my pump was melted on the inside. The kicker was when I got the invoice for services provided, the invoice states new parts were added to my pump, they were not, and said NOTHING about my wiring it also was for $100+ not the quoted amount!! I had just purchased this home less than 4 weeks before this issue, I contacted the company that did the inspection, and they warned me to avoid this company as the pump was less than 2 yrs old, and I was just taken and set up!! I wouldn't trust any work to this company!!! And I still have the invoices to prove I was truly a customer.

It was a total hit, so we started talking about in-ground pool options during late Spring 2021. Not necessarily sold on the idea of a fiberglass pool, we reached out to a manufacturer for more info on them as part of our due diligence and received an email from Vista Pools within less than an hour which led to a phone call and some preliminary ballpark info then a formal quote followed. Over the course of the next 6 weeks and consultations with several other area pool builders, Scott patiently indulged all our questions and even provided a recommendation for a vinyl liner pool builder when we told him we thought we were going to go that direction. At the end of the day though, and hearing many pool building horror stories, we felt the higher-priced investment of going the fiberglass route thru Vista Pools was worth the additional expense because Scott was the only pool builder we consulted with that we felt we could truly trust to do the job right. By the end of July 2021, we were under contract and our pool was ordered from the manufacturer with an anticipated late 2021/early 2022 dig date. Our dig started late January and 9 weeks later the project was finished. Scott was very communicative throughout the entire process, always letting us know when his crews would be onsite working, and was onsite & hands-on when he needed to be. Not to mention, all the calls/texts he answered during the entire process! Scott's crews that worked on the different phases of the build were all trustworthy, respective of us and our property, and worked hard to get the job done right and on time. And let's talk about integrity- they made us aware of problems that popped up during the build that we wouldn't have ever noticed on our own then put in the time and effort to make them right. That was the a-ha moment we knew we chose the right company for the job. Throughout the entire process, invoicing and the payment schedule was very transparent and easy which helped cutting such large checks less stressful. Vista made sure the pool was cleaned properly and we knew how to operate everything prior to "handing over the keys" so we felt confident in being new pool owners. Even after project completion, Scott still makes himself available to answer all of our new pool owner questions regarding the operation of our pool equipment, water chemistry, etc! If we had to do it all over again, we wouldn't change a thing. And we recommend Vista Pools all the time to anyone who will listen.

Amazing company, so we decided to go with them. I had no idea customer service existed, this company was amazing. My pool flooded with mud and rocks, 9:00 they were here, they worked for two days, came back until it was spotless. I was shocked, I cannot believe how beautiful the craftsmanship is also. They are way more OCD than I am. Thank you Blue haven pools, making dreams come true, and I company I know I can trust. I have built homes and countless items, most often you have to babysit. This company was spectacular, the knowledge base was amazing. The design from start to finish. Each rock was hand picked, hand sculpted. It's not a pool, it's a work of art. They came out once to address the issue by putting on wax and buffing it out which seemed to help until the sun shined on it and we could clearly see all the imperfections were still there. Dave then came out after we said the imperfections were still there and he admitted that the problem is the mold they used to make the pool. He said the molds need to be fixed and that they have just been too busy to fix them. We asked him if we had bought a pool from somewhere else if it would have the same imperfections and his response was probably not. He offered to sand the fiberglass but admitted it would not remove all the imperfections and would only shorten the life of the pool. We then asked for a percentage of money back due to the poor quality of the pool finish and he refused and accused us of trying to screw him even though I'm the one that paid 40k for a pool that looks like it has cracks in it when the sun light hits it. The pictures speak for themselves, they know they are putting out a flawed product and they don't care. Every pool they make using the flawed molds will look the same way. Spend your money somewhere else where they can act professional and stand behind the quality of their product because Dave and Lucas can't.
