Mine were my calves and ankles (I have arthritis in my ankles and physically showed her where to massage) and not only did she not massage them, she completely missed one entire leg. She also skipped an arm but it was the ankles and legs I was most concerned with. My husband's areas were his legs, lower back and hips. She barely touched his legs and hips. They spent the majority of the appointment with us on our stomachs while they worked on our shoulders and mid/upper back. Both of the ladies were very nice and professional and we tipped 20% for that and the atmosphere but it kind of felt like we were the last appointments of the day and they just wanted to be done as quickly and as easily as possible. In their defense, neither of us said anything because he thought maybe it was just his therapist and he didn't want to ruin my experience and I felt the same. After we left, he finally asked how my massage was and we realized we were both disappointed.
